I can't imagine Mind Pump without all four of you collectively. Each one of you add a valuable perspective. It's a very fitting and unique combo. ❤
Warriors bought their championships when they signed KD
Strongly disagree with the shoulder press opinion, slight incline back puts anatomy better into the scapular plane
The pill conversation is interesting. I’d be curious to see what long term affects are. And if it suppresses your appetite, how will that affect you long term in being able to keep the weight off? Sounds like a good introduction to weight loss but there are a lot of side affects and long term results that might get interesting. Great episode as always!
I also didn’t graduate from college but my passion for health and fitness makes me feel like I went to google U too ☺️ but I’m very confident in speaking about health and fitness so I guess I’ve learned enough over the years from pursuing my passion which anyone should prefer in my opinion. Great episode as always! ❤️
I wonder when they started doing giveaways
The best bunch of guys ever. I hope they get as big as Joe Rogan. The internet will be a better place for it.
I love your shows, I put them on while taking out the kids out to the park. Nothing better than watching them play while listening to fitness banter.
Just a quick note, the Russian kettkebell guy, I'm sure he's the same guy who worked with people with spinal injuries. I remember watching a documentary on him working with people in wheelchairs. Through weight training some of them where miraculously able to feel motion again, some were able to take walk again. Really interesting.
Absolutely love listening to you guys! Been listening to the podcast for a few weeks now and I've listened to dozens of them at this point. I listen to you guys almost every day and love the content you're putting out. More love to the youtube channel needs to happen. You guys are killing it! Keep up the great work.
Kings of making it simple
Been listening for a few months now. You guys have my rethinking my entire approach to lifting and exercise. I'm anxious to begin a new program but a bit worried about changing my routine, but the advice I get from your channel is encouraging.
Having you guys in my life is like having guardian angels but ones that take care of your body and mind instead of just near death situations although for some people I’m sure it could be that way too
As someone who has spent 38 years dealing with body image, insecurities, and negative thoughts it is greatly reassuring to hear these guys who project confidence, assertiveness, knowledge, and experience it is incredibly helpful to hear. As I have finally worked on not just my fitness and nutrition but now really dealing with the root causes and mental health I do feel more empowered to stay the course rather than yo yo. Very great talking point and perfect timing.
There is some soundproofing all of the walls, but we can still here some reverb. The sound engineer might want to check what's causing it.
Hey guys, I’m a collegiate cheerleader and former college football player, and my performance had been miserable in the both sports and the gym lately. Dropped my workouts to twice or three times a week and all my lifts shot up, and now i’m a national champion cheerleader. keep up the good work, there’s definitely a lot of athletes overtraining right now.
Thanks for the dumbbell shoulder press discussion. I have always experienced neck discomfort when shoulder pressing at 90 degrees with a bench that ascends above my neck.
Bob meyers the owner of warriors? Might want to run that by Joe Lacob
I have a question about specificity regarding Bench press and OHP. How much better results would you get focusing on getting stronger at one of the lifts, compared to focusing on both lifts at the same time? Would it really be better to focus on one lift at a time? And just try to maintain the other lift? Then switch focus later on.
I read R.G.B as Real Gains Bro. I appreciate your authenticity and consistency. I’ve had thoughts on fitness or the approach to but never voiced it in concern of being judged by the masses. Hearing the 3 of your express it is reassuring lol
Which is a better deadlift variation to help build a stronger deadlift, snatch grip deadlift or deficit deadlift?
Hey guys, I have bad hip pain on my right hip (on the front) when squatting heavy. I’ve tried mobility and stretches for a few months and no change. I am trying to get a stronger deadlift, currently at 315lbs. What things should I look out for in my journey to get a better deadlift since I can not squat? And what would be a good method of getting rid of my hip pain when squatting heavy?
Love how well you guys work together and what a great team yall make. Such good information each episode and truly entertaining as well. Side note, my town still drops off phone books to our doorstep at least once a year
man i love this podcast
Regarding QUAH #1 I saw this a lot in BJJ, skilled skinny lightweight dudes would dominate according to their level. Me being a big dude sometimes I could muscle my way to side control but skill and knowledge won almost every time.
Ever since I started watching this podcast, my health has been at an all time high. I learned I was over training and that was hurting my growth. I started to do less and noticed my body responded well. I gained 10 pounds and stayed around the same body fat percentage.
adam, where can i find those tshirts?
Three grown men talking about insecurities is gold. Love them.
Does the Italian statue behind sal ever have a opinion or comment? Lol
I would love to have any of your plans for free one thing i struggle with is sticking to something structured
