Why we use to live longer than 120years at one point? Wonder if that's because 3/4 of these companies were not attempting to poison us? Or certain groups believe in the whole if you eat the fruit you eat the seed not realising that most seeds contain stuff like cyanide?

I remember when I was dumber and thought salad and veggies made you lose weight and at that time I was always sick and my ears always were ringing it was horrible.

Pique tea is a decent company to source from. I think it's a quadruple toxin screen test but I'm sure they've got it all on their website thorough written out

-corn is a concentrated source of carbohydrate calories. perfect low volume, pre-workout meal; if you want something to eat/chew on (as apposed to a smoothie), and that won't fill your stomach up too much. and you're advice on it is sound: go organic, sprouted, fermented. cram it in ya.
-fresh fruits are very healthy, we should all eat more of them. you get Vitamin C, which helps you digest the fructose, which is in it's natural amounts, and you get fiber too. this is different from high fructose corn syrup, a refined product with no vitamins or fiber to aid digestion. again, go organic if you can.
-salads are also healthy, especially if you make your own. there are some great Vegan YouTubers out there you can follow for health boosting salad recipes. again, buy organic if you can.
-grilled chicken i couldn't agree more. super high in animal omega 6, cholesterol, and can be high in saturated/and trans fats. nothing you want to be eating. but i'd say all meat is bad for us too. bad for us, the environment, and especially the animals, who get raped, kidnapped, exploited, abused, and to cap it all of: slaughtered prematurely. you don't want to contribute to that torture right? i know i don't. even tho i still do… anyways! instead go with plant proteins. just as bioavailable. not nearly as proinflammatory, carcinogenic, and won't give you heart disease, our number one killer.
-coffee and tea. honestly, if you can tolerate it, it's ethically sourced, organically grown, and properly prepared; ehh go for it.

Tea: ginger tea is my go to. Wash and slice thin whole unpeeled ginger root, boil a large handful in a small pot then add that super spicey brew and the ginger peices to a gallon or two of cold water, put it in the fridge or just leave it out at room temp like I do and you have a lovely summer tea made with one of the yellow roots that are known for their antimicrobial properties. Ginger also aides digestion and increases the potency of your medicinal herbs without altering the formulae. Plus it gives you nice breath:) Ginger root is slightly heating so if that's a concern add mint or peppermint which are both cooling. Powdered ginger is far more heating than the root fyi. Can also use this tea with frozen berries or fruit in the blender and or add to peligrino for something bubbly. In store in the box: organic India is a brand I like and they make a rose tea that is out of this world; celebration herbals is another brand I like and their astragalus(another yellow root) tea is tonifying and mild tasting. I have not done in depth research on either of those brands but my body likes them better than the other boxes. Now if you really want to get serious about tea check out Paul Stametes company called Fungi Perfecti, they make a variety of tea with mycelium and if you don't know this dude and mycelium I recommend you check out the study he did funded by the Bush Administration that showed all kinds of mushroom mycelia just kicking viral ass (yes cancer and the rona were on the list). No surprise here but that study was specifically done as an effort to develope ways to fight back against bio warfare…but you don't hear about that on the news. You mean the cure grows everywhere on the planet??? Why you trying to sell me a vax then??? Good question! Another fabulous tea etc. Maker is Yarrow Willard of harmonic arts. His team makes some fabulous stuff and yarrow has a great you tube channel called the herbal jedi where he teaches us all about the medicine growing everywhere all around us frequently mistaken as useless weeds.

Just got back from 2 weeks in Germany, Austria and The Netherlands. While I was there, I paid close attention to what I was eating and the quality of the food. My conclusion: I have no doubt the American food industry in the name of cheap quality, mass production, corner cutting and profit is making us sick, unhealthy and killing us. Hell, even McDonalds in The Netherlands is head and shoulders healthier than over here. We are addicted to crap food because it is cheap and ubiquitous—and it keeps big pharma in business too. Thanks Frankie for further confirming my impressions. Now especially we need to take to heart the words of Gottlob Frege: “Du bist was du isst!” (You are what you eat!).

Isnt chicken okay if you are eating lean parts? The toxins are stored in the fat right? I cant really afford to buy really high quality beef, and I try to eat lean chicken and get high quality butter

I just try and eat grass fed beef most days and just accept the loss with the occasional conventionally fed organic chicken or pork piece from the supermarket, I honestly don’t even want those meats that often anyway, besides bacon, I do miss daily bacon
