I think that's a huge part of why this happened for you along with mindset 🙂 so happy for you and now that I am writing this, you have your little guy! Definitely the be healthy
I was trying for 4 years. My husband and I hit 4 years on April 1st. Late Dec.. early Jan 2021 I was diagnosed with a disorder called POTS that made me have a complete lifestyle change. Lots of water intake, lots of diet changes, eating healthy, cutting down caffeine and sugars. I even quit cigarettes . I am now 2 days from 6 weeks pregnant.

I was happy for others pg or giving birth even as we mourned a stillborn son (hell). Of course I was. A good parent always sets that example, so if I am/want to be a parent, I will behave like a parent a child needs. Those who role model nastiness, jealousy, bitterness, raise kids who are like that, so if behaving that way, one may not be ready for the job so all should be better than that for the child they want to raise before even thinking of having one.
One important thing is vitamin D. In the early 2000s, fertlity drs noticed patients trying naturally or with treatment had more success summer months, and that was due to higher vitamin D levels. They found supplementing, making sure patients had good levels of vitamin D, had same effect. Also patients (trying naturally or with help) are often told to take basic Robitussin (just guaifenesin). It thins mucus as an expectorant, and also thins cervical mucus, which aids in conception & is safe in pg. When I was on it for a sinus issue, conceived 3 baby boys (one then fraternal twins) in only a year, so find it genuinely helps.
