    My kids have came earlier and earlier, 37w, 34w, 29w, and 27w I'll be 24w tomorrow with baby 5 I've been eating a clove of garlic in the morning and a clove at night, I'm not a fan of raisins but I'll have to get some suck it up, so far so good as long as I can get past my 29wkr, I'll be happy! Long nicu stay is not so great! Thanks for the information

    garlic cloves alone….is what I'm asking BC garlic cloves I can eat like two or three a day…….n my stomache is great after that….but now I got baby so is that too much??

    It just goes to show that a plant based, whole food, low fat diet is all that is needed.  When you are just naturally eating this way you and your children will be much healthier.  Thank you Doc.

    Garlic was the secret weapons of greeks athletes and warriors, they ate huge quantities of it before fighting!
    This plant appears in all ancient traditions like in the indian ayurvedic medicine, ancient egyptian medicine or chinese medicine.

    Fresh garlic + parsley = epic win especially with potatoes nom nom nom XD

    this is really good to know. Do you have any suggestion for food that can reduce inflammation. Also can inflammation be the reason for miscarriages , PCOD or fibroids.
