Does dry fruits are not good when we are trying to convince some people say that dry fruits nature is hot so it will creat difficulty in conceiving please tell me about that
I am eating right from last 2 months. Eating homemade food. Taking 1st in the morning,Ragi powder cooked in jaggery and water, fermented overnight. Then fruits like pomegranate and orange. Exercise for 30-45 minutes. Having milk tea twice a day. Eating leafy vegetables like methi, moringa, amarnaath. Carrot and beet root added to breakfast recipes like upma and dosa. I have pcod, overweight, vit d deficiency. Trying to cure it naturally and health is improving I feel.
