Dr. Gundry, when I was a teen, (some 60 years ago) The CLOROX company had a recipe on their bleach bottles on how to get rid of TOENAIL FUNGUS. It had you soak your feet in a mixture of warm water and BLEACH. I did that and my Toenail Fungus never came back.
The directions are no longer on the Bleach Bottles!

Have you seen the videos on the 'rubber' fruits, like Watermelon? The fruit cannot be pulled apart or it just bends.

Toenail fungus; I painted meds on it for years. ONE TIME soaked feet in hot water vinegar solution for an hour. GONE never back in decades
"OXALATES" Please do a more comprehensive video on Oxalates. Been trying to follow your diet for years. Great results in my energy levels and overall health. Still struggle with psoriasis and in the past year been getting kidney stones. So i am trying to limit the foods that have heavy Oxalates. Thank you Dr. Gundry

If olives contain compounds which help grow oxalate eating bacteria, does this also mean olive oil will contain those compounds?
In Sweden sells pistachios from Californian by shop Lidl. I send customer service a question if glyphosate has sprayed onto. The answer is no because the US farmer has to follow the European law. If this is true, the Italian wouldn’t import glyphosate wheat. I am confused if i should buy or not.

Forget the debate between presidential candidates, I would like to hear the discussion between Dr Gundry and Dr William Davis, you know an east coast, west coast presentation on what they have in common and how they differ.
From my reading both come from a medical background in treatment of heart conditions and both agree that the best solution is likely to be found in the gut microbiome. Both are not in favour of grains, especially wheat. One appears to be searching for our lost beneficial microbes and the other tries to eliminate the intake of offending foods.
Personally I am happy to eliminate foods that will lead to better health and hope the other guy finds and markets (in pill form) all those lost microbes.
I have enjoyed reading both of your books but I especially like Dr Gundry's collection of neck ties.

Hi Dr. Gundry, great job on all your videos! Here is my question. How can the rest of us get the bloodwork and testing you talk about in your podcasts? Otherwise we are just guessing. Not very practical or even efficient.
I am conflicted on buckwheat, which is on your hard "no" list — presumably due to lectins and/or other harmful molecules. My struggle is between the advice of two people I have great resect for, you and Dr. Jeff Bland who was an early scientist to sound the lectin alarm. I'm sure you know Dr. Bland is an advocate of Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat for a wide variety of helpful molecules. I would be grateful if you could interview Dr. Bland and help us understand the potential benefits and harms. My engineering mind is suspicious that there may be a highly variable dose dependent answer and you are both right.
I used Iodine to get rid of my toenail fungus. I used it once a week for a month & then, once bi-weekly for 4 months & then once a month until the nail grew out. I stopped using it at that point. No more toenail fungus. It even corrected the curling of the nail. It takes time for the nail to grow out but it CAN BE CURED!
