I agree with everything except the grapes. The natural sugar in grapes is not a problem because it comes with fiber and anti-oxidants. Of course like everything you shouldn't eat only grapes but as part of a balanced diet they are fine. In fact they have some excellent health benefits. It's not about "this good, that bad" but rather good health is about getting balanced nutrition.

Be careful about the quality and quantity of fish you eat. Fresh fish caught in most of the States come with a warning label. Limit in pregnant women and children — usually one fish a month. Most healthy adults people eat less than 4. Farmed seas food has its own issues as well. We are doomed.

Is the milk from Australian cows the same as American cows, i know the Dairy Industry here in Australia is different to the USA as our Aussie cows are grass fed and not corn fed and we process our milk differently.

What about the plant-based butters? I think Crock plant-based taste better than "real" butter. Fermentation is good hence sourdough bread. Since oats are sprayed with RoundUp what breads can we eat? Dave's bread with the seeds good?

Even if we buy them whole, my understanding is there is a new treatment starting to be put on all veggies that is supposed to keep them looking good. Am I wrong? I'm growing my own and mostly eat meat. Feeling better and better.

A2 milk comes from Jersey cows too, less lactose and higher fat.
I just can't drink plain black coffee and I use Jordan's Skinny Syrups… and lactose free half & half… if that's bad, do you have any other suggestions? I also drink mine iced.
