I'm going through your pregnancy playlist. I'm 26 weeks pregnant. I still jog and I feel great and energetic after. I don't do anything else because I'm not sure what I could be doing. Very informative video! I've been massaging my legs with my hands only to prevent swelling and celulite, but that roller would make everything easier. Great video!
