Great episode guys. You rock!
I think it's pretty safe to say that if you're a vegan, simply don't think about "getting in shape" because you won't.
You'll always be weaker than average, you're not gonna have the same energy, and you haven't saved a single cow with your little dietary protest.
Not eating meat only results in MORE meat for other people.
Vegans are driven by narcissism.
What about damage to the kidneys?Do they get damaged?
I’m 63 yEars old. I only eat 2 meals a day. There’s NO WAY I could eat 3-4 chicken breasts a day. This is frustrating
When Sal mentioned the girl who weighs 130 pounds and has a target of 120 grams of protein I related to this so much. That is my current weight and target but the reality of consuming so many chicken breasts a day is sometimes overwhelming. Ive started having shakes for convenience, protein balls and lots of tuna/bacon instead.
Red meat.
This is the most important episode you guys have ever done!! Everyone should listen to this
Can you all talk about giving kids protien shakes.
Coming from someone who does use a lot more plant-based proteins and some whey protein here and there a lot of the plant protein do taste like chalk, the one that really sticks out that I cannot get enough of is the brand Ora Organics they came out right around the year a year-and-a-half ago but they are pretty prominent right now, their vanilla flavor tastes just like vanilla cream cupcakes or something like that, super good!!
Organifi Chocolate Protein has 500mg of sodium in one serving WHAT
I didn’t hear you mention some of the new Protein powders like MRE that are animal based sources: beef isolate, salmon, chicken, etc. I’m curious about your thoughts on these.
I usually get the non flavored 91% whey from the bulk section at Sprouts and whole foods and flavor my self. What are your opinions on those? I usually mix in my yogurt.
What about amino acid profile of Beef protein isolate?
