What's the evidence that these memories that you're having while on hallucinogenic compounds are even real? Maybe they're manipulating memories of the past to allow you to move on, whether it's based on true and actual events or not… like it's an intelligence "fixing" your past, but it could absolutely be based on false premises. There's no scientific evidence that could ever say these events that you're processing during a hallucinogenic trip are even real. All that said, I don't discount their benefits for people who suffer with depression and PTSD.
I could never afford to heat a house over 68 degrees. Get more blankets it's a one time purchase. Then again I sweat in any environment over 50 so I wouldn't Want to crank the heat that high anyways.

Interesting beginning of show about bacteria, I checked the study and didn’t find the specific strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium that are beneficial, happen to know the specific strains for weight loss or gut health, since there are so many strains.

I have heard you guys talk about probiotics before and many times. Since I have been listening to you guys for the last two years, also buying MAPS programs. Also I have been taking a bunch of vitamins. I even have the little medication box with the different days.
I will now try a probiotics into the mix. Now and really interested in looking for this ketamine therapy.

I loved this episode! Specifically the last question about marriage and having children and the part about ketamine therapy. You guys inspire me so much! I’m a 24 year old young man trying to get my life in order and take on more responsibility and stay disciplined in my health, career, and relationships. You guys are such great role models in these aspects and love when you guys give insight on your struggles and success in your personal lives. It gives us insight on how we can improve our own lives and strive for something better!
Love when you guys talk about gut health and the impact on body composition and overall well being! I have been dealing with gut issues for 10 years and so many people just do not take it seriously because its not an actual "allergy". You guys are a breath of fresh air!

You guys helped me so much! I had sibo and was 264 in February. A month ago I plateaued say 218 after fixing my microbiome and working out. I recently added carbs back to add muscle while strength training but would love to try your program to see where it would take me. I’m now 230 at 32% fast but west to get to 200. What would you suggest?
The ketamine convo is very interesting. the VA does offer this treatment but it's not available in all areas. I'd like to try it but they denied me. PTSD often affects soldiers that don't see direct combat but got attacked by indirect fire on FOBs. There was a book written but a Col. That talked about PTSD effects of different types of soldiers.
I have been following you guys for a little over a year now. I have had my macros on point, been walking 10k steps per day, and have gone through Anabolic, Performance, Symmetry, and now MAPS15 (I had surgery for endometriosis in July and needed something to bounce back with). I just found out that our new house (2 years old) has mold. Luckily, the remediation will be fairly simple. I’m hoping that I will start to see better progress after that is resolved. It’s been a frustrating year to say the least.

I think one of the most important practices is stepping outside yourself and looking from your partner's perspective, remembering that you're both on the same team and are facing incredible tribulations.

Ever since I increased my protein intake, I've had the worst gas. I'm farting (massive man farts) every few minutes for hours. I've tried a bunch of different things to eliminate it but nothing seems to work. Sounds like that supplement might be the answer. I'll give a shot.
Getting in touch with my faith, and the gym have helped me with my PTSD tremendously. I still don't like large crowds, those will still send me into a panic attack. But I'm better than I was 5 years ago. I also don't think I have severe PTSD, but if this can help others I'm all for it.
