I wish someone would screen for good questions. Not only are some of these questions just ridiculous, but he gets asked so many questions that he answers thoroughly over and over in his books and videos… Questions should be reserved for the unanswered stuff.
Are walnuts good enough to lower my trigylcerides? Or do I need to take fish oil? My cardiologist seems to think the fish oil is much better.
If people get motion sickness from watching you walk, all they have to do is listen. Don't watch the screen. Easy fix.
One suggestion is to summarize the questions in simple words beforehand so that when you read them out, we can easily follow. Thanks. As always, you are my hero! I have been healthy thanks to you.

It’s time to pre-screen the questions so that we’re not wasting precious Dr. Greger time on questions that are so grammatically challenged as to be almost nonsensical, or mere comments.

Terrible, awful, questions, do they not use punctuation in other countries….. I was really looking for ward to this Q & A with Dr. Gregor, however, I gave up in the end … to painful to listen too 🙁
Steve, U.K.
You should be able to offer an ebook version of your how not to age cookbook now.
Dr.Gregor sir…I know this has nothing to do with your present posting but PLEASE tell me about new recalls on oatmeal. This has scared me into eating my oatmeal. Heard going organic maybe?
Sounds like you have been overrun by trolls with these questions at the beginning. Thanks for what you do to try to help those of us who live above ground!
Where do you ask the questions for the next month? Here in the comments or by e-mail?
These questions are complete ass Dr. Greger! Put your employees to use and have them pick out coherent questions for you to answer. lol I appreciate all you do. This was hilarious watching your reaction to these insane questions.
Fresh rice is a myth.

That first question was a good one. May be you can research that for us and speak about it later. I've always been interested in Down's Syndrome too.
Is tamanu oil a good product for nailfungus ?
Maybe let people submit questions ahead of Time for them to be reviewed. I'm not a genius, but there are some dumb people with dumb questions.
I am guessing that you have been found by the chat bots. Otherwise, thank you. Very helpful.
Hopefully the poorly worded questions are not a reflection of vegans as a whole. lol

Someone with down syndrome wrote the first question.
