Eggs are healthy the cholesterol they produce gives the body enough cholesterol to save the body having to make extra when it is low and the fat in eggs is good for the body

Food-policy bs… eggs are a superfood, fit for a propper human diet. Has been for thousands of years.
'Products' from the industry, packed in a plastic bag, bottle or can with stuff that is unprounouncable or numbered, like E-this or E-that… is not. Period.

This was interesting 10 years ago, but the scientific view of whether cholesterol from eggs in our diet contributes to heart disease has changed considerably in the last decade, from a 2018 CUNY study"…most foods that are rich in cholesterol are also high in saturated fatty acids and thus may increase the risk of CVD due to the saturated fatty acid content. The exceptions are eggs and shrimp." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6024687/

None of the studies regarding eggs were done on organic cage free eggs so?

This video is simply about legal terminology as it pertains to advertising and has nothing at all to do with the actual nutrition of eggs.

At best, you didn’t prove to me eggs are healthy. This is a far cry from proving them unhealthy. Aside from sat fat and cholesterol what’s wrong with them? Good easily digestible source of protein in my opinion.

Eggs are widely considered to be one of the healthiest, nutrient dense food available today.
If i am to take this video's into onboard, then what should i eat instead to replace eggs that is healthy?

    Many thanks

Eggs are literally the healthiest food you can consume lmao. Dont forget kids, associative studies aren't science, you can't pick and choose what foods are nunhealthy to suit your biased views. Saturated fats are healthy. Sorry to burst your little vegan bubbles.

I don't care if they're healthy or not. I just care about the chickens.

Good example of how broken our system is because the government is still stuck on this whole failed fat hypothesis. Damn Ansel Keyes!

I love your vids but eggs not a good protein source gram for gram? You dropped the ball here. They are a good source of protein among other things. But that cholesterol is a bit of killer.

    "Can reduce hunger".
Lol! So can cotton balls! I need to send this to my mom. She eats relatively healthy but has high cholesterol because she likes eggs.
I've been telling her for years the saturated fat and cholesterol in eggs means it's not a health food.
