Incredible video Billy. Super insightful :d
Doesn’t he take TRT, if his diet was so optimal then why would he need this and the copious amounts of pills and powders to have “optimal health”.
bryan says he has perfect macros, but his body fat is 7.1%. pretty sure males should have at least 10%…
6:24 hehehe lol
When I first saw the man I was incredibly impressed. I knew nothing about him and after his interview and watching his regime I made a blind stab at his age. I’ll be totally honest – I guessed he was a very fit guy of late 50’s: early 60’s. I was so shocked to learn he’s only 45! I concluded he is not a good advertisement for this practise – in fact he is the opposite. And why, with all his money, did he agree to such a poor hair dye treatment?
This is one of the weirdest videos I’ve ever seen. Talk about living for the flesh. You’re chasing things of this world and TBH it’s a terrible look on you. I’m sorry the Mormans ruined your idea of a Heavenly Father. But I promise you that there isn’t a life worth living without Jesus as your savior. No matter how much money you throw at it.
I genuinely want know if I’m the only one who thought this guy was 55!!?? He looks OLDER than he is, and almost like he’s battling a life threatening condition…do people really think he looks good?
Bryan Johnson DOES NOT spend 2 million a year on his health. He spends that to employ an entire team of people to measure his body and develop an algorithm from the data. The actual protocol is a tiny fraction of that.
we all know how this ends right?? He spends millions on being healthy and trying to defy aging …. he will die a sudden tragic death in car accident unrelated to health issues. The bottom line….. enjoy your life folks!
Interesting infos thanks 🙂 Something in my opinion is missing: the impact of stress related to trying to acheive perfection or near perfection when it comes to our physical health. Doing things to help ourselves stay in good or very good health, is healthy, but the process / reason why we try to do it talks a lot about how we address thing in life / how we invest ourselves. #1 in the list of things to stop doing you talked about is "stop self sabotaging yourself". Great idea, although we don't stop to self sabotage ourselves by simply finding out what we do "wrong" and changing it. Theres an acceptation process that comes with it. Just doing more things and better and aim for the best isnt, in my opinion, a healthy way to approach self care. It keeps us in a state of "what i'm doing is bad, I have to change it to do something better". It still is a non acceptation. Someone staying late at night on his cell phone or having bad eating habits isnt, imo, only doing something wrong, it talks about way more than just a bad habbit. Those habbit are there for a reason, everyone has theirs. I think changing eating habits and just… habits in general is a good thing, although I feel the way we do it and how we approach it talks a lot about how we could be keeping ourselves in a "try to do better" or "not good enough" mood, which can imo be a reason why we sabottage ourselves in the first place.
Bit of a psychological point of view of health, anti-age quest people seem to more and more be willing to take. I think theres something behind our interest in doing "whats best for us" and if we just "look outside", for something that will make us feel better or be in a better general health, we run the risk of slipping into the "follow what gurus say" mentality, buying pills and following blueprints on how to stop aging, etc. Like you might have realised, I come from a psychological / mental health background. One thing I have seen and often heard my collegues talk about is clients coming in saying they tried X Y Z from "coaches" and often we are the ones having to pop their balloons. Balloons often inflated by coaches and gurus and all this enormous world of self care.
I always enjoy learning about new things we can do to help ourselves be in better health, although I think we have to be careful and take a moment and aks ourselves why we are doing it. Sometimes being in a sort of intense and inflated mood can be good, but if we inflate our balloon too much, it can pop, and no mentor, guru or coach will help us with it.
I don't eat healthily or exercise regularly. I am 47 years old, but I look like I am 28. Perhaps they are simply genetic.
Interesting
Why does this midsection look so bad? He's lean but his abs look terrible
We skip going to the gym, hundreds of thousands of times in our lifetime? An 80 year old has 29,000 or so days in their life.
Sorry to say.. but he looks as he lost weight. Earlier but plumpish face now shrinked
Too much pills, but I wish him all the best.
$1700/mo isn't expensive? Gtfo.
The irony is …he looks his age. He will never live forevermore and from what i read, he dumped his ex girlfriend and locked her out of his house when she was diagnosed with cancer
Eat Bryan's toxic, nutrient-deficient vegan starvation diet & you too can look like a zombie, just like Bryan!
"1am in the morning" is a tautology.
He looks like his age lol…. I rather know the secret of korean celebrity
Attests he’s doing something for himself and for the society! What are you doing now actually
Great video
What about his dad and son's health, how're they both doing or is Bryan the only one who's becoming healthy?
Ummm am I. The only one thinking he is a bit creepy. To what end? I guess he's happy
I mean. If that's the case he needs to spend most of that money on Fucoidan or brown seaweed algae substances. Google the benefits of Fucoidan.
If you know you know.
He said it’s an objective to slow down aging. Basically, an experiment to prove his processes. No average Joe will be doing this. Just take his data and see what works for you if any of it does.
What I do see happening is people reaching for his blue prints when they’re far gone and should’ve been practicing healthy behaviors in the first place.
lol I heartily disagree with your comment about seeing too much skin. Let it all out Bryan!
You need meat. All humans need to eat meat.
I respect him but he needs to put on a little more weight.
Jesus…so much of this "story" is just setup segues into ads.
MEANWHILE ANIL KAPOOR IN THE CORNER
ME'H
he look like human before
Lol! When Bryan is talking about his data, he resembles and looks like the character "Data" from Startrek.
I'm sorry but I think he is just another Theranos entrepreneur, he has no educational background in medical science I don't think he has a full grasp of human biology. Eventually, it will blow over as a major fraud.
What age was Brian when he started this experiment?
Well this video backfired lol..
He looks like a Ghost…….He has no color……He's obsessed, consumed 24/7 with this quest…..is that really 'Living:?
Bryan is a good guy, the only choice I can argue about is that he is a vegan. It is made by choice, but its not natural, and thus unsustainable. Look at Hong Kong the longest living population in the world eats 600g of meat per day. Now at India – 68 years, vegetarian country. Yes, there could be different factors such as medicine level, but still meat couldn’t be unhealthy with this fact that we know
Dude 1700 a month for food is a ton of money for most regular people. I’m a millionaire and could in now way spend that on food for me, that would be 3400 a month for me and my wife, nuts
