I hope you do what is best for you! It’s tough to balance everyone’s input and influence on your decision. I’ve watched your other birth videos and the reasons you used hospital birth centers totally made sense and it helped me to decide to stick with hospital. It made sense for me to have the backup medical team in case of an emergency and I am so lucky I made that decision. I was lucky to find a hospital that had a birth center and tubs, am very healthy and active, but in the moment, after 12 hours of labor my baby’s heart rate dropped so low and he needed to be vacuum assisted. We would not have had the time to drive to the hospital to deliver him after discovering that his heart rate was going so slow (he was likely stuck squishing his cord). I know you won’t have the same experience as me but I just want to let you know how the reasoning you previously used helped me make my decision and I was very lucky to be at the hospital in the end.

My 2 were home births. One is now 48, the other 42. Easy, normal.

Not vegan but I have a least have three vegan meals a weeks. Love lentils. Since changing my eating habit cholesterol and pressure has improved

Hi Erin, random and off topic, but what color paint are your bedroom walls? We are renovating our home and currently trying to decide on the perfect shade of white!

You should try the book supernatural childbirth by Jackie mize. I had a pain free birth after following what it said.

I would love for you to do a video on how to rest. So much of your content is on eating (and some moving) but I'd love to see some on resting. How can we rest consciously? How can we make the most of our time to rest? What are good ways to rest?

What were the supplements you used for hormone balance to get periods back on track?

I also think there’s more to it than iron, most iron pills are inorganic and isolated

Pills/vitamins are just calcification. Can get all b vitamins in local, bee pollen. Can get a lot of minerals in sea moss or barley grass juice powder. No need to fear ❤

I'm due any day now with our first and am having a home birth with midwife, a doula, and her apprentice! It has been the most enriching, relaxing experience compared to what my friends are going through. No scare tactics, minimal tests, and I feel like I'm so prepared and excited for this next step!
