its easy for someone healthy and fit like you to bash them but someone who is skinny and struggles to eat food this mass gainer would be very useful

I used to be 190 now I’m 160 after a bout with an ED. This shit helps you man, maybe not for gym but if u need weight fast it will do it.
With my schedule I could never eat enough whole food to gain muscle so I added weight gainer and man did it change everything. I put on solid muscle and even dropped some pounds, I mean a lot of pounds. It was the leanest I have ever been. That was back in my hard core gym rat days. Now I am 50+ and just getting back into the gym after Obama banned all the supplements I was taking. I can not wait to start taking gainer again. Everyone is different, gainer just worked for me.

I’ve been working out for months and have seen small gains, but progress is extremely slow. I have some unique challenges as I’m diabetic and have vagus nerve damage, which affects my digestion and motility. This means I can’t consume large amounts of meat for protein.
I currently take Naked Whey to get 100 grams of protein daily and supplement with other foods to reach about 137-140 grams of protein since I weigh 137 pounds. Additionally, I need to keep my carb intake under 145 grams per day to manage my glucose levels.
Given these constraints, do you have any suggestions on how I can optimize my muscle growth? Any advice on training routines, diet adjustments, or supplements that could help me build muscle more effectively would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all you do!
The idea of gaining weight on my face is such an anxiety for me. I've seen one YouTuber talk about how this happened on mass gainer and its put me off, however I really struggle to put on weight or get enough calories to get into a surplus. I'm in a bind!
They indeed work so I’m a hardgainer hand on the bible I gained 8kgs in 1 month I shit you not noted everything down I couldn’t believe it 1200 cals of optimum nutrition protein powder so fellas it’s possible for sure to gain so much weight in little time but I’ll tell you one thing for sure I felt pretty terrible eating at such high calories and it makes you anxious after taking a full 1200 cal protein shake cause it disturbs your serotonin levels so I’d recommend taking half the shake in the morning and half the shake at night it’s not a nice feeling at all when you take the full 1200 cal but I was that hungry to gain wait I hated myself for being skinny
ive been eating tons of food but thanks to biden,obamas puppet talker the groceries cost WAY too much to eat all the food in the house,what does a raw egg taste like in protein uhhh that sounds nasty,that really would make my stomach make sounds,or me just gagging trying to get it.
I took ON Serious Mass when I started working out for the first time about 10+ years ago. It honestly killed me. I was constantly shitting my ass off. My stomach felt bad most of the time. My sleep was affected and I felt agitated and nervous. I went off it after 2 months when my blood test result came out. The doctors suspected the mass gainer I was taking had affected my organ function.
I will never take that shit again. Not only mass gainers are loaded with sugars, it is loaded with other impurities and heavy metals.
Not so much now because everyone is on some sort of trt or steroids
Mass gainer worked for me but my body somehow doesn't want to keep any weight that i gain. In fact, i gained weight mutiple times but eventually my weight goes back to 125lbs, which is my stable weight.
I'm currently trying as mass gainer but I have a physical job along my working out plus I'm fairly tall with long limbs kind of body so I'm hoping I can finally put on some mass .
I use GNC mass gainer and feel great. Powerhouse at the gym every day. Able to lift a lot more weights.
I’m a hard gainer and I’ve tried four tubs of weight gainer. Can’t lie, I gained weight….the wrong kinda weight, going back to whey protein.
I did try both ways as well when I took the shake I took it 2 times a day and ate 4-5 meals a day , but when I gained on regular food my body stayed the same but weight gained but dropped off very easy and I looked the same but when I started the shakes I gained significantly in size and strength, constantly and my body sucked up more and used the shakes better then regular food
I never could understand how a human being can eat so much. I feel like vomitting after few days even looking at the food. Somedays I don't want to eat anything. So I gave up my muscle building dream and much happier with my shinny body and flat ass.
As for me i gained weight all i can tell mass gainer increase appetite, every time you feel like eating

I do Intermittent fasting and have 2 meals a day but also want to bulk too so use optimum nutrition serious mass straight after a workout, only one I've used that doesn't make you want to shit your pants or your farts smell so bad they could disintegrate your tracksuit bottoms
It's very beneficial. Don't use the massive 1000+ calorie ones because either the scoop is really huge or the serving sizes are like 4 scoops. I personally use the one from Transparent Labs. They have no added sugar and the carbs are from clean and complex sources. The macro is also very balanced. I use it on lazy days, when I have to get in a quick meal, or when I'm behind on my calories by the end of the day. I do 1 scoop (half a serving) and mix it with oats, milk, and fruits for extra calories. Easy 700 – 800 calories with over 40g of protein
Just bought a 2.5kg bag of maltodextren because my pt said to buy and add to protien, but now its here i am doing the research and i see it is just poor quality carbs. 10 years ago when i stopped working out i dropped 17kg in months because ny diet was dirty. I will definitely just add some nice organic oats instead. Thanks heaps fellas!
