This is my first time hearing able baby led weaning. Very Interesting. I have a four-month-old and I was looking for puree recipes, but I like the thought of them being able to feel texture and get an idea of which food they're eating..

"POI" IS THE PERFECT BABY FOOD. Hawaiian dish made from the fermented root of the taro which has been baked and pounded to a paste.

Please make sure babies have all 20 teeth before you introduce raw salads. It will prevent choking and aversions to foods in adulthood.

I read that it was ok to add salt to babies food but a tiny amount? (Just going by what I’ve read, not being critical)
