Nico’s has a great attitude for life.
Nothing has injured me more than MAP's Anabolic and Aesthetic where it starts with crazy low and heavy sets phase
I applaud you on your intention to set an excellent example, rather than be a good influencer. Thank you for your contributions.
Wasn’t part of Adams’s journey using tirzepatide ? I would think that added to his muscle loss. I never hear them mention that with his current fitness journey.
Listen to Justin really points out how poor western medicine is with coming up with solutions for chronic issues in a person's health. I've been struggling with low grade symptoms for years that no doctor seems to be able to even diagnosis much less fix. Shit sleep, my bladder is constantly irritated which causes me to have to pee every hour or sometimes more, poor digestion and lots of smelly gas (forget clearing the room I can clear my neighbors room from my house). I believe all these issues are keeping me from making significant gains in the gym. We need better health science for people like me because I bet that's tons of people suffering with similar chronic issues like mine. Why is the western world so sick? because our medical systems (I live in Canada) aren't setup to deal with chronic health issues and only acute ones are treated seriously.
1:01:56 yes, but it's close to impossible if someone approaches with no interest and spends "20 minutes per month" as she said just to get the insurance discount. It's the wrong set up for impact from the get go.
Adam- What has been your supplement routine in this transformation?
Adam – very interesting on the 5-6 days working out with 2 exercises per day. I actually just went in the opposite direction moving from 5 day workout week (body part splits) to 3 day workout week (full body workout) based on a recent episode you guys did on avoiding over-training. So now curious, can you share your routine – what 2 exercises each day, number of sets and reps, rest time, etc. Thanks!!
How do you know when you’ve trained enough during a workout session?
I miss the good ol' days when MP had chapters on their 2 hour vids…sigh. Maybe next time.
Caller #3 Brian – Recap: Symptoms started 6 yrs ago. Parents in accident 6 yrs ago… I would not discount the psychological impact of that before dropping even more $$ on more tests. Look into German New Medicine. Also, do you get any sleep? Best wishes man

Justin, don't blame your son man. Read "Can You Catch A Cold? Untold History & Human Experiments" By Daniel Roytas.
Love Lisa d’Amour!
The old bad fitness advice cycle really starts in schools. No one is teaching kids about effective ways to get in shape. In fact, physical education – if it exists at all in schools these days – is a complete joke. PE teachers just have kids run laps, doing bs calisthenics, catering to the lowest common denominator. This is what gets ingrained into the developing person’s mindset and it gets embedded. It is a shame. We need to start implementing these programs in school and get the kids on the right track.
I am new to this and it makes sense…. You can see the results in these three men. Why doubt it? Don’t you want to eat?
I have been a Nurse since 2008, I have been training and kinda obsessed with lifting and fitness since 2015. I've helped countless people for free but am now going into personal training and starting an online coaching business. My business model is built on teaching the habits it takes to be fit for life. I want to teach my clients to learn to coach themselves so they don't need a trainer for long. I believe if a trainer does their job and teaches their clients how to truly make changes, why would they need to continue paying for one on one training/coaching for years and years? I know my business model negates client retention but is truly teaching our clients to know what to do to remain fit for life not the goal? If it is and we do our jobs properly, then you wouldn't be retaining your clients, not for years. They will grow on their own and hopefully, eventually no longer need you. I am new to coaching clients so not sure if I am missing something here? By the way, I've been listening for years, and your podcast IMO has been more valuable than any training or certifications out there. Thanks so very much for that!
43:33 Like, it's not just the college courses teaching students how to be an influencer, my daughter's in 6th grade at middle school, they're teaching how to create and write a blog online.
What brand of EAA's is best in your opinion.
Did Adam increase his test during the four weeks of workouts?
I find it funny how solidified they are in their views on topics not related to fitness.
Do your research & you'll be less gullible & surprised by headlines.
Was Adam still on the test injections when he was not working out? Or did he re start that when starting this journey?
Just throw on a weight vest and do your walks. And clean up your diet. NEVER drink your calories!

Did this show just turn into one big advertisement for various products and programs now? Don’t get me wrong they provide good info but there is a lot of time spent on selling something.
Holy crap congrats man!
I'm on the same journey as Adam. I've been upping my calories almost on the same consistency and not gaining any weight. I went and got a bod pod and they said that i was at 192lbs of lean body mass. I just upped my calories to 3800-4000 and I'm going to follow the same structure as Adam. 2 week bulk, 1 week cut. It is amazing that he is doing this and I have someone to follow. Makes me feel like I'm not crazy!! Keep up the good work guys!!! Love the podcast. Listen every morning.
