    Decades ago, when I first noticed me getting headaches after taking a certain sugarless sweetner, I read the label and saw that ingredient

    Then, sometime later, I used it again, forgetting the problem I had with it

    Once again, I had a terrible headache
    That's when I knew for sure it was that ingredient

    I have had very few headaches in my lifetime
