I've been drinking Lifeway unsweetened fat-free Kefir which is supposed to be 99% lactose-free. Do you think this counts as straight-up dairy? I'd hate to drop it because I really think it's helping to balance my gut microbiome, but I can if you think it'll make this diet more effective.

Started eating mostly just meat and small amount of steamed cruciferous plants like
broccoli cabbage and brussel sprouts has been working for me used to have MAJOR candida issues but no longer. now I deal with very small breakouts still working on it need to tighten up my diet and stop eating junk but the meat diet has given me so much tolerance towards eating junk it's amazing I think I healed a significant portion of my gut but more healing is needed. Need to get more strict like you.

I can't swallow liver, but I do take Vital Proteins Liver and Cod liver oil supplements.
Plus I eat Sardines, caviar and canned salmon.
Probably even harder for me has been eating enough fat ?

So it's really as simple as going to the supermarket butcher and asking if they trim the fat and sell it??

Hey. Just wondering. Would you have all the different meats over a week or a little bit of each every day. Ie. Steak. Liver. Fish. Broth. Pork. Lamb. Cheese . Eggs. Thanks from Manchester United kingdom. Great work. Best on this subject by far. Watching joe rogan got me here.

This is typical over thinking. The Eskimos are in a very strange environment. Not sure why we should copy their extreme diet.

Those poor ignorant followers of your funny channel will be the first to disappear from the surface of this planet, you could be made liable for the premature death of countless humans. But hey, you are entertaining – I give you that.

any reason why i get out of breath between meals and nausea especially when sitting down? been eating high fat, zero carb and moderate protein also noticing weight loss to the point of malabsorption, seeing my bones and skeletal structure deteriorate even though i eat a carnivore diet pretty close to the way you show in the vidz. no energy left but i dont wanna give up and go back to shitty western style diet.

Learning a lot of useful information from you. I have something my doctors call ‘MS’. I tried many things to address my health. I learned in my herbal medicine class that chew well to get your saliva and stomach fluid to work for proper digestion. Hard to chew lettuce much but it is fun to chew the beef fat I was able to get from my neighborhood meat grocery store. When I was younger and healthier I used to naturally eat foods that had fat. Then the food industry started to kill us all. It is even hard to find any bones or well marbleized beef. I will continue to study and thanks for all of your hard work and sharing.

You are a great guy, I love your videos( I'm not gay). Can you please do a video that sets "mic the vagina" in his place? He was saying that most people in ancient times got their calories from eating starch, I know this is bs but some people think it's true. I always comment on this guy's videos and try to inform veginas about nutrition , I don't have your expertise but I try. Please do a video that debunks "mic the vagina". I really hate him ! ! !
