I have noticed the following, when I eat certain foods (how I feel afterward):
1.) Carrots: Alert, strong, vibrant, good vision
2.) Cooked Broccoli: Healthy, quick thinking, in a good mood
3.) Orange: Especially happy and cheerful, energetic
4.) Grapes: Content, calm, peaceful, youthful
5.) Peanuts: Virile, mentally healthy, satiating
6.) Beef: Virile, full/very satiating, need to take it easy for a bit before exerting myself
7.) Apple: In a good mood, alert, healthy
8.) Bacon: In an extremely relaxed mood, satiating
9.) Pork Sausage: Virile, extremely filling/satiating, need to wait a bit before physically exerting myself
10.) Collard Greens: EXTREMELY healthy, strong, tough
11.) Salmon: Intellectually quick as a whip, not moody, rather, I am calmer and more collected/cooler headed than usual
12.) Cooked Onion: My body is getting rid of any garbage/junk inside better
13.) Grapefruit: Healthy, robust, energetic
14.) Cashews: Relaxed, virile, little bit sleepy with larger amounts eaten, very mentally healthy/calm, positive thinking, content, all is well…
15.) Chocolate: Energetic, pleasurable to eat, feeling good about life, alert, active
16.) Avocado: Super mellow, very pleasant, very unlikely to be moody
17.) Tomato: Healthy, active
18.) Celery: Healthy, strong
19.) Eggs: Virile, strong, mentally sharp
20.) Pomegranate: EXTREMELY healthy, in a VERY good mood, energetic
21.) Pineapple: Extremely energetic, high energy
22.) Pistachios: In a good mood, pleasant, calming
23.) Mushrooms: Little bit more thoughtful than usual
24.) Dark Chicken: Satiating, not too filling, satisfying, in a good mood
25.) Shrimp: Extremely virile
26.) Beans: Nice poops
27.) Cherries: Nice poops and am in a good mood
28.) Asparagus: I feel like $1,000,000.
29.) Ice Cream: I feel a little “chonky”
30.) Strawberries: Healthy, happy, in a good mood
31.) Blueberries: Imaginative, contemplative (in a good way), healthy
32.) Mint: Extremely alert, mentally razor sharp
33.) Turmeric: Extremely healthy
34.) Ginger: Extremely healthy, alert, mentally sharp
35.) Black Licorice: Sugar rush, comfort food, more of an “oddly” mentally comforting food, but can give headaches in larger amounts, etc.
36.) Potatoes: Moderately filling, not much differing effect on mood.
37.) Spinach: Healthy and “connected” to the Earth.
38.) Sauerkraut: Makes me a little gassy in a good way, nice poops, my gut feels HAPPY
39.) Bison: Strong and virile, in a good mood
40.) Sunflower Seeds: Healthy and mentally in a good place.
41.) Limes: More “zest” for life
42.) Blackberries: Happy, nice poops, quicker intellect/memory, etc.
43.) Huckleberries: In a great mood, mind is in GREAT shape, feeling healthy, can work hard
44.) Water: Mentally clarifying, renewing, healthy
45.) Plums: Nice poops
