Years ago a good friend of mine decided to go an a fruit diet. At first she felt really great but later, she was diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. It had developed over the years because of the fructose. I'm not saying that fruit is bad, but if you decide to start eating them a lot, there might be consequences. Moderation is the key.

i eat also before my only meal 4 lemons,camu camu,2 grams,olive oil,magnesium,colágeno,pink salt,vinegar,cayenne pepper,raw honey 2 hours later one and only one meal
