Not sure if this lovely Doctor is right about saturated fats. From my research this is out dated research now.
No sugar, no alcohol and no smoking.
About progesterone, I am not sure how true this is but i learnt that oral progesterone increases triglyceride level which in term increases risk of heart disease and also it increases breast cancer risk. So the best way of taking progesterone if a woman still has an uterus is to use an IUD or use micronized progesterone vaginally. It's so confusing isn't it? Please do your own research, every one.
Another brilliant interview Clare. How wonderful is Dr Phillipa .. I hope her own cancer journey goes well and she is back to full health soon. This was really interesting .. especially the boob talk!! Am off to buy her books!!!! xx
thanks very much for this. i learned a lot. i'd love to see a video on so called bioidentical hormones.
Another great interview! I really enjoyed littering to dr Kaye
i hate my large breasts. im not overweight, but my breasts are very large. i have to wear 2 sports bras to exercise. i find them very uncomfortable… but not enough to have surgery!
ain't no one taking away my estrogen patch and mirena… until maybe im 59. then ill start weaning… probably
great job! thanks for all the info!
Dr Philippa Kaye is the most informative & enjoyable guest that you have interviewed on your channel.
My mom got breast cancer because of taking HR. I won't be taking it.
Well having first baby later in the life (35) it is a risk factor, not having baby and thus, not brestfeeding is a risk factor, PCOS is a risk factor, white tall women also have a bigger risk to get it if I recall it right.
Thank you for interviewing this guest. I am approaching that time in my life and have been seeking clarity on this topic.
Great interview!
Loooove my HRT!
Loved this interview! Thank you!
What happens if you are in M since many years and could take HRT but are not able to take Progesterone (orally gives sickness and internally it make me bleed) ?
This was so enjoyable and educational, thank you. My question is, where o where can one find a well designed sports bra?
