I get the magic spoon take but there is also a lot less servings per box. And two of the flavors I got I really disliked. I would need a box of magic spoon every 4 days

People are probably talking about fasting more because the cost of living is going up.
Some articles i read say about 1mill households in the UK skip meals now to pay for heating cost increases. Hard times man.
i am overwhelmed with information and nuggets of wisdom and i love it! THANK YOU for all that you do. I am a trainer myself and learn a lot from you guys for clients and for myself. I am planning on going on a bulk this year and i am nervous but excited for the gains! Been wanting to try one of your programs for everrrr! Lots of love, from New Zealand !
I've been listening for a couple months now. I have learned more about fitness and nutrition in this podcast than in medical school. Thank you MindPump for the knowledge and perspective! You convinced me to lift a barbell for the first time in my life just this week. Since listening I am more mindful of what I eat, and all in all I am feeling strong and healthy, in no small part with your guidance!
Best comment I have heard on this show in 4 years, when Sal says, 'whanna talk about quality of erections, I lost it laughing. He must really love what he's doing now .Thanks for a great show again.
Awesome advice as always and sals magic spoon story story made me laugh out loud, great episode.
Just bought MAPS anabolic, its my first mind pump program and super excited.
Hey guys, love the channel since I found it a few weeks ago. Personally I saw excellent results on a bodyweight only program a few years back, nothing major in strength/size but cv fitness went through the roof and I was able to transfer alot of the movements back into weight training. Keep up the good work Blokes!
Currently running MAPS Aesthetic, wrapped up phase one today! Cant believe how much better i responded to it vs lifting everyday. Diet has stayed the same yet strength has gone up, waist has gotten smaller and everything feels denser. Looking forward to phase two progress.

Hi guys, I just had a collar bone surgery (thanks snowboarding) and I'm looking at a very long recovery (4-6 months) before I can slowly start getting back into weightlifting.
Any advice on how to limit muscle and mobility loss during this rough time of rehabilitation? Any hope for ever getting back to the very heavy weights I used to push?
Consistently great content guys, I consider you my fitness fathers! I’m a second lieutenant in the marines recently got done with a vigorous 7 month training school (TBS) and lost 30 pounds (and an inch and a half on my spine due to heavy hikes lol) the advanced super bundle would really come in handy in getting back to where I was before, love ya guys thanks ps. #freeSal #shadowbanned
Whenever I come back from work I have to make a choice between being forced to watch
mostlygirly shows on Netflix with my wife and watching the new mind pump episode. Guess whose testosterone is not going to drop today! They say you are what you eat and my linguine arms don't have enough forza-sauce. Need MAPS to make add some meat sauce! Love the show guys! Informative and transformative!
Just wanted to say thank you for all the information. It’s made a tremendous difference in the quality of my services as a personal trainer! I’m an MMA athlete and have been struggling to find a program that will help me increase the fitness components of an athlete. Im thinking of trying MAPS performance but was wondering if there might be a better MAPS option for myself? Thanks again you guys!
Liked the question regarding bodyweight workouts…definitely some points I am going to share with clients. Thanks for the conversation on that one!
I'm a huge mind pump fan, I try to get anyone I talk to about fitness to give you guys a listen. You touch on so many topics here that are near and dear to me as a man in his late 30's, trying to take the gym and dieting seriously for the first time. It's not just the health and fitness stuff either, I appreciate your humor and your opinions. Keep up the great work guys!
I really enjoyed the 3 times that Justin was allowed to speak during this episode!!!
Thanks for the episode! The question on boxing was helpful for me as an (amateur) kickboxer. I find it particularly difficult to balance strength training for the legs with kickboxing as it seems my legs are never fully recovered, and it gets hard to maintain mobility. Yoga has helped somewhat. Would love if you could touch on leg training for martial arts! Thanks again
I love the advice on liking body parts. I've also found isometrics to be a great way to learn to intrinsically focus on the muscle during a lift. Doing isometric belt squats with something like a tow strap was great for helping me figure out how to make my barbell squats more glute focused.
It really can be hard to try and bulk when you get down to a certain look you really enjoy, I feel that. Over the past year I shedded of 50lbs and put on a decent amount of muscles, but I learned over that time to keep the journey going I need to rebuild the metabolism that I let slip over the weight loss. MAPS powerlift really help me keep a lot bigger focus on the weight that’s going onto the bar than the weights that’s appearing on the scale. It’s a really nice program to build and bulk on until it’s time to start cutting again. Already breaking several PRs and I’m only on week 4!
You guys answered Nicole's question absolutely beautifully. Wow. Every woman needs to hear this short conversation! THANKS GUYS!!!
Super bundle me super please
The weight gainer story – freaking hilarious – had me literally crying because I’ve been there! Love you guys!
Wish she did her interview in a bikini just to see the progress
I bought a home gym and started working out for the first time (early 30s) during the pandemic and thank the algorithm gods that I was pointed almost immediately in your direction! Everything from tempo, squeeze, hypertrophy, supplementation etc… I’ve learned from you guys. You gents were instrumental in helping me change my life for the better and really appreciate everything you do!
P.S. big thanks for helping me make the best out of these newbie gains as well lol
Hey guys, I was wondering, in regards to “portable saunas”, are they worth it. Most tent styled saunas I’ve seen range from 120-150 degrees Fahrenheit. Will the body benefit from this? Should saunas be higher in temp to seek benefits? is it just a glorified space heater in a box lol
ها ذي هي و هاذا هو قشها
I just found you guys about 2-3 weeks ago, I have been binging your podcast/YouTube videos(2-3 a day actually). I just started Performance this week and I really enjoyed the mobility day especially since I never really focused on it. Thank you for opening my eyes to some of the fitness topics I blinded myself from!

Because of this podcast we've actually spent more time together bonding. Plus both of our health and quality of life is improving from the change. I just wanted to say thank you again.

Lmao Adam doesn't live in the real world. Most people can't afford the expensive stuff he does and the world he lives in.
