But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Yeshua ישוע (Jesus) and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the YHVH יהוה (LORD) shall be saved.” Romans 10:1-13
My wife and I used red apple delicious and Fuji apple to cure our acid reflux. It worked and the problem never came back.
Do you have sour taste in mouth when you wake up in the morning?
did you belch a lot or burp a lot? Ive had lower gastro problems for years, but now I feel bloated and the need to burp the gas out… so it feels like maybe I have GERD or a stomach ulcer. But I dont have an acid or burny feeling which most people with GERD have
We’re you taking the ppis everyday or just when needed over the 10-15 years?
over a year and 12k with insurance still no cure since the vaccine caused autoimmune reaction ie so called celiac, so for anyone else, get tested for it and also while avoiding gluten, avoid cross reactors which there are 6- corn, dairy, millet, yeast, oats and rice. Study on fish oil, black seed oil, vitd3 and zinc. Price? Id pay someone 3k to get back to normal if it was guaranteed- sadly everyone is different. searching vids for what works for one may not work for another- most just regurgitate what everyone else knows. its good to see someone who actually has their own experience. thanks
I would like to suggest a quick try of an alternative approach. Just drink a couple glasses of water and jump up and down for a couple minutes to jiggle the stomach back down to its normal position. No harm or cost in giving this approach a try. You should know in a couple days if this approach works.
Forty years ago, I did an activity which forced part of my stomach up through or past the diaphragm. It was a couple months later that I suddenly started having severe stomach pains. I was initially misdiagnosed by a doctor as having ulcers. It was a couple of years of misery before I realized that the doctor was wrong and I had gastric reflux disease, or GERD. Often, GERD happens naturally without a clear cause. More so with older people. Normally, the esophagus sphincter and the diaphragm sphincter muscles line up and reinforce each other. If part of the stomach is pushed or pulled up through the diaphragm, the sphincter muscles don’t line up and stomach acid can more easily leak into the esophagus, causing GERD.
Other people suggest drinking warm or hot water to relax the muscles, I would suggest cold water so that the heavy water will stay in the stomach longer. I would also suggest doing it first thing in the morning so the water won’t affect the digestion process on other food. It may take a repeat on a few successive days for the esophagus to adapt to the new longer length for the stomachs to stay in its new proper position. I would repeat the process anytime I got heartburn or acid taste in my mouth. I have been trouble free for over 35 years now, and can eat anything. I later learned of a gastroenterologist in Michigan who recommends this process also; maybe others now also.
The body needs strong hydrochloric acid in the stomach to trigger the esophageal sphincter to close, to break down bulk foods generally, and to specifically separate protein into the amino acid components to be effectively absorbed into our blood stream from the small intestines for use by our body to make new proteins. Most or all GERD medicines block the production of or neutralize the hydrochloric acid which then interferes with protein digestion and interferes with esophageal sphincter closing. Both of those actions are counterproductive.
Suggest watching Dr. Chris Smith https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y04y998VXfI, Lot of great information, misleading title.

What does the D-lemonene do for reflux?
Ive have inflammation but not GERD. I do take supplements. I take fish oils and turmeric for my joint issues. We try to have a diet low in salt and trans fats!!! I feel it’s helping us.
Thank you so much for the shoutout!❤
Val, thank you so much for sharing! I am going to look into the gut vitamins, guy inflammation and gut tea. I do want to go gluten and dairy free but I don’t know how to start. I mean i have watched videos but they haven’t been helpful, if you can share how you went gluten free that would be great! Only if it works for you to share it. I don’t take any vitamins, only when i was pregnant but I do need to get with it and get my body some much needed vitams
Ohhhh – I need to look into the D-Limonene for my husband. His is stress caused (working 3 rotating shifts for over 20 years without regular days off).
Spore based probiotics is a great addition to gut health and immunity.
I took CBD from different companies for my pain due to scoliosis, herniated discs and a bulging disc. I didn't have any luck but I would definitely try the company you're affiliated with in the future after baby is here and no longer nursing.
Came Camu is a great source of Vitamin C. Liposomal Vitamin C is definitely great though.
Due to the soil in the US most people are deficient in Magnesium. So important to add it to our supplements.
Turmeric is great for inflammation. I've taken it for a couple of years. I personally take vitamin D from Thorne. Biotic Research also has a good vitamin D. Yes MaryRuth!
Hey, thank you for sharing what has worked for you.
