    Hello. I was watching a video of yours on another site and in it you mentioned that vitamin D3 and zinc can cause dry mouth. You also said that vitamin C can cause problems because of the acidity in certain fruits. Can you do a video on vitamin and mineral supplements , what you recommend and possible dangers from supplementation? For example, would it be better to take a time release vitamin C supplement than trying to get your vitamin C from citrus fruits?
