Well shoot. I just made up a huge container of Rip's Big Bowl recipe. I'm still going to eat it but I'll be waiting for the next video to say how harmful it is before I make up another one.

I would think humans have evolved eating high doses of molds. Hopefully our bodies know how to deal them well.
How about adding a t-spoon of nutritional yeast to our bowl of oatmeal?
