Hummus is not an Israeli food. It's a middle eastern/arab food. Israelis are originally from Europe, not the middle east so the Hummus you had was a recipe taken from the local Palestinians.

you've reported previously about erythritol, (& now xylitol), could be linked to stroke & heart problems due to platelet effects, can you do a video on these? Have there a been studies on deaths directly attributable to ingestion of erythritol?
I agree the app should be made open source. The first issue that that should be solved is obviously the design. Once that's settled, the rest should be pretty easily handled by an open source community.

About the new study about risks of xylitol: the amounts consumed in the study were huge compared to the amount you get from a few xylitol chewing gums daily, and xylitol has in several studies been shown to protect teeth when chewn right after meal.
