Step 1: have abs

Is it really a good idea to train ANY body part every day? I don't think so because you never give it time to rest. I know the abs recover quicker than a lot of other muscles but still, not EVERY day. Also for me I find sit ups and planks so god damn easy, I could do like 100 and only start to get fatigued so for me I do the ab wheel roll outs and captains chairs, more advanced shit. I can slightly see my abs, for me it's more about building them up as I already got a low body fat %.

Awesome video. Hope you do more of the 30 days try outs. You could make it a series! I've seen some 30 day butt and leg routines that are supposed to lift the butt and tone the legs. It would be awesome if you tried those, if you have the time. Lots of love from Croatia! xx
