I get my vit D, eating mushroom , salmon and sometimes egg but I stop eating egg and chicken because allergy reaction to my face.. hahaha.. Anyway pwede pala sa breastfeeding yang RadianceC try ko rin yan.. Thank you mars Regine for the info about radianceC.. Need ko rin talaga yan..

My source of vitamin D is egg. I’m a 1st time mom and always busy so egg is my on the go food for my Vitamin D. ☺️
I get my Vit D in my early daily fitness @ 8am and some days of walking with my fitness buddies friends. I also do eat food having Vit D content like eggs, mushrooms, yogurt and others. Drinking juices also that has more Vit D in it. But I do have my Vit daily intake too just like the Radiance and from now on I will take that kind of Vitamin for more healthy and younger looking as we age as a super women of beauty.
