Beer will provide nothing towards that goal ☺️
Resistance training 3x a week
Cardio 3x a week 3 miles try doing it in 30 min eventually
Most importantly diet/nutrition and mobility and obviously do ab exercises
Overtime you will get stronger leaner and have more mobility and endurance
