Interesting video! I do think PCOS is a topic which is in the need of way more research. Currently a lot of its symptoms, where they come from and what triggers them are still quite vague. I do know several people (including myself) who were diagnosed with PCOS, because the gynecologists simply were not able to find another explanation for our problems…

Also, quick question, I used to play futbol and have stopped because I would wake up the next day with a sore groin every time I played.
Doctors said I don’t have an inguinal hernia but I did read somewhere that tearing a muscle sometimes can cause scar tissue to form which can inhibit mobility. Have you heard about this and do you think diet can play a role in reducing this scar tissue?

Insulin resistance or pre diabetes causes PCOS. Dairy products, oily processed foods cause pre diabetes. All the drugs docs prescribe have side effects. Healthy diet = Vegan wholefoods.
have you looked into any natural plant-based androgen blocking or lowering remedies? i've read a little about spearmint tea, reishi, black cohosh, chaste tree berry & a few others. seems like there aren't enough studies. i've been on spironolactone for a year and am thinking about coming off it (i exercise tons, eat all plant-based, mostly whole foods & organic and am otherwise extremely healthy except for high androgen levels)

I would have thought low-fat plant-based / oil-free is the most important factor for avoiding blood sugar imbalances, potentially leading to PCOS?
Have been vegan for 3 years and have lost 9 kg . And i recently discovered that have polycystic ovary . I am still vegan and eat a whole food diet with zero processed food and exercising regularly. Do you have any adviced for me ?? (English is not my first language , sorry for any mistake)
