If vit A is a toxin why is there so many studies showing skin benefits, eye benefits, testosterone benefits? And what about evidence for high iron being toxic yet eat tons of beef is great
What about sunflower lecithin for choline?
I really don't think you guys should continue demonizing vitamin A, doesn't matter who says what. Retinol is crucial for maintaining intestinal food tolerance and lots of people don't convert Beta-carotene into Retinol efficiently, especially people with thyroid problems. The guy that says vitamin A is evil just has general bile insufficiency, which more than likely stems from improper bile metabolism in the gut. Most people tend to look for simple answers and that guy chose to blame retinol and made a big deal out of it.
