She has psychological problems
Cosmetic procedure is NOT plastic surgery. She has nothing to hide because having fillers and botox is nothing these days. She's obviously stopped before it messes up her appearance permanently.

It's really sad as you see in this video, ultra made up you can see the foundation mixed with translucent powders and a look of sadness. The blond looks horrible and talks about her in the past when we all loved her for the way she was and now she is less her than ever.

I definitely agree that it is important to be honest if you have gotten surgery or not and i dont think she has made the best decisions but some people forget that she isnt just a celebrity to watch for entertainment, she is still a person just like you are. And has insecurities just like you, i agree that its important to admit if you have gotten surgery but you dont need to be so bitter. She clearly has had many issues with her self-esteem and I'm sure being in the spotlight hasn't really helped with that. It's easy to say x, y and z about her when you haven't even been through it but she clearly has struggled with how she sees herself and that isnt something to make fun of. I agree that she should take accountability for her actions but also struggling with how you see yourself is a battle.
Wouldnt be surpised if this insecurity stems from her being sexualized as a kid on Nickelodeon. Poor girl. Glad shes opening up about it.
