    Filet for $8 a lb. Dam that's a deal.

Wow. These are pre-Covid prices. Also, the wording can be quite confusing. I learned that the cattle can be grass-fed but can be grain-finished. It’s frustrating.

Bone broth is actually extremely nutritious, you may be thinking chicken or beef broth which are not the same as bone broth.

Holy shit, prices in usa are crazy cheap. 7,99 /lb for tenderloin?? I'm in Canada and it's usually 22/lb when not on sale

More nutrients even from "quality" animal products is still dangerous as all animal foods generate a bad microbiome and a lot of toxic acidic residuu … I suspect long term is better to adapt to plants mostly and meat only now and then. No dairy, no grains.

I am two weeks into a carnivore way of eating and am so happy to have found your account. Your nutrient information , especially regarding Omega 6, sets you apart from other accounts offering content on this lifestyle. Thank you so much! Great job!

Grocery Outlet is a good option. The have organic stuff at lower prices and I usually stock up there. Sprouts is the next store near me but they tend to be a bit more expensive but have better quality stuff.

It's weird that Americans buy meat from down under and are excited that its "grass fed", lol our meats are grass fed because grass is free, it grows everywhere, meal you have to buy. It's actually less quality but you keep paying! haha

I usta eat grass feed and finished stuff, but its just to costly, but the benefits are there. I am just ok with the down grand. I do eat livers whole eggs and many other things. The egg debate is all over the place. My great grand ma lived to be 93 and she ate eggs beacon almost everyday.

What's your evidence that calcium and other minerals in water can cause gut dysbiosis?

Calcium is an essential nutrient for bone health as well as healthy nerves and muscles. Afaik, there are only negative effects if you take too much of it.

Wild Boar seems to be mainly Omega 6 fats, unfortunately. Source for this is The Vet University of Vienna, so seems like a reliable source. Would love if someone could confirm, though. https://www.vetmeduni.ac.at/fileadmin/v/fiwi/Publikationen/Populaerwissenschaftliche/Valencak_2013_Wildbret_Fettsaeuren.pdf
