I feel like I can fly I have so much energy. God bless you and every one that needs a change you can do it.

Hello EatMoveRest you sound a lot like my self I lived on foot long subs but I was a body builder at the time then I got married and gained over 100 pound I went to got see my doctor and he told me I was 300 pound and after talking to him he had me do blood work I looked at the blood coming out of my self and my blood was thick and coming out slow. I went home and talked to my wife and told her we are not going out eating every day. she told me why I told her I am three hundred pound and I'm going to get back to my weight when we got married and when I do I am going to be come a vegan she was ok with it she told me do not ask me to stop eating my meat. Going vegan I have amazing energy were I want to go on a 20 mile walk I have so much energy I feel like running and I do not run at all. I seen my Doctor and he asked if I'm starving my self I told him just eating right. EatMoveRest you are amazing please do not let the jea[ous people hurt you your healthy and beautiful inside on out have a great Christmas and new year as well.

this helped me SO much! I may not have the same exact story as yours but I've always been on the skinnier side. Just recently I've seen my body take on weight that I've never had before, mainly in my mid section. I am in my mid 30s and in April decided I needed to do something about it not only for me but for my husband and 3 kids. I also recently in Sept 2021 lost my dad with covid pneumonia who also had Agent Orange from his service in Vietnam. Losing my dad has taken on a toll on my physical body, my mental state and emotional state. The only thing I really had intact was my spiritual state. I believe in Jesus and that my dad is in Heaven with Him! I have grieved over losing him the way he went for a very long time. With all of these factors I knew that I had to start taking care of myself even better. My husband and I have been vegans since getting married in 2008. So plant based has never been my problem. I just wasn't eating right for my body type and not incorporating raw foods. Going for the packaged vegan snacks and sugar was my go to for most of last 15 years of our marriage. Now, after my husband and I started to work out – he found your husband, Dusty which in turn he introduced me to you. You have been a huge inspiration to me. IN last 2 months I have lost 8 pounds and still counting! I too also have painful and irregular periods. So I am on my own journey to figuring out what foods my body needs to start healing. I must say, I cried when you started crying! You are such a sweet soul and you have the same personality as me. Keep up all the amazingness! You are changing so many lives! Your story is an inspiring testimony! Much Love, Erin!

Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing your story. I have heart issues and many symptoms. I've always wanted to go Whole Foods, plant based and it's so much easier now than it was years ago but I don't even know where to begin. It's so overwhelming to me. I am married with 5 kids and after 38 years of eating the SAD, I am afraid it's too late and bad habits will never go away. You are very inspiring and I hope to go Whole Foods plant based very soon for my health.

This is the 2nd video of yours that I’ve watched. I’m trying to figure out if I want to follow or not. Would you please tell me if you’re vegan or not? I was most confused by the pearl earrings, which no vegan would ever wear. Are they fake? Are you whole food, plant based instead? Being a newbie, I’m trying to figure out your channel and that’s why I ask. Thanks.

I feel it too love, not with just food and treating my body the way I did, but also with nicotine addiction, after I got past that the raw foods just naturally gravitated towards me.
Be proud of yourself for making the improvements, and never, look back.

This touched my heart so deeply and of course I cried along with you. So much of this resonates with me, thank you for sharing your story and helping to educate us on the facts about plant based eating and whole foods… I have struggled the last 7 years with gaining weight, grief, menopause, life's ups and downs with some hardships.. and with the weight gain feeling uncomfortable not like myself. Floundering a bit too with it all. I am excited to have found your channel, and to learn more. You are absolutely beautiful and transparent, I am happy you found your balance and healthy lifestyle. Amazing! xoxo

I've been following your channel for awhile now, but somehow missed this video. You're so brave for posting this one. It is so transparent and heartfelt. I'm so sorry you had to endure such mental burden. I went through postpartum not knowing what I had and suffered from horrible anxiety and panic attacks. I completely understand what you had to deal with. I have so much respect for you and I appreciate you. Thanks for you, your channel and your beautiful family.

This video has me in tears BECAUSE I resonate so much with it!! I am the person you were before, I am 50lbs overweight, overwhelmed, anxiety, horrible bowel issues and digestion, inflammation and fluid retention etc. Your videos have inspired me so much! I actually just cleaned out ALL animal products and crud from our kitchen. I bought all vegan/plant based groceries and restocked and I am so stoked to start this journey!! Thank you for sharing and being raw about your story. You are so beautiful inside and out! Thank you thank you thank you ❤❤❤

You are a beautiful person inside & out. One scripture that I need reminding of in each new season of life is Romans 8:1 "There is therefore now no condemnation (guilt or shame) for those who are in Christ." So every time shame comes to your mind, you can rest assured, it's not coming from your Heavenly Father. Shame comes from the devil alone. The Lord leads us through loving conviction, never through guilting and shaming us. Just hope that encourages you. Thank you for encouraging all of us btw!
