A simply gorgeous video ,from start to end.Your baby is gorgeous , what a great way to start off this video. ❤️
Hey is this smoothie still one you make? As I see all your lastest "Green Smoothie Recipes" are completely different to this one and you use none of the "Superfoods" like Moringa Powder, Maca Powder etc in your new videos. Any advice? what's the best one.
Can we make this without some of the superfoods like Barleygrass Juice Powder? That one powder is very expensive.
I've returned to this video so many times. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Amazing
Just received the sun warrior vanilla flavor- so far so good. thank you for the recommendation! also – have you ever tried frozen avocado chunks in your smoothies? I recently discovered this- tasty, and makes the smoothie more creamy 🙂
Thanks for full recipe and all info to get ingredients. What blender do you use? Please provide link 🙂
I have found plant-based protein powders, specifically the pea protein, to cause bad gas! Is this common? any advice? thanks in advance 🙂
Any smoothie jars by you guys
For those that are wondering if the vitamix is worth the investment: I've had mine for 17 years. That thing works like a little work horse. To be technically correct it has a 2 horsepower motor. Haaaa! no pun intended!
That thing blends through everything I've added in it. Payed $375.00 for mine. Never looked back!
Thanks… I love your vibes… Blessings to you and your family
What kind of blender are you using in this video?
Is this recommended for toddlers?
Been a HUGE fan of your channel for years and I absolutely love this green smoothie . But I do have a question…. sooo many channels/bloggers contradict the other so it’s difficult to know what the correct answer is . I’d love to have this green juice mid morning but obviously can’t take my juicer to work . Can I blend in the morning and take to work to have for lunch? I’ve heard that if you don’t drink it immediately that the nutrients break down. I’ve also heard that the sugar content skyrockets! Can you elaborate on this please?
Is there a barley grass powder on amazon you like?
Ohhh I love this family
This recipe is the best smoothie in the world you are awesome
Best green smoothie recipe I’ve EVER had!! Just went a little lighter on the turmeric and ginger, because those tastes are new to me. ☺️
Hey Erin. Please could you tell me the name of your lovely glass smoothie jars and what size they are? Love your videos. x x
What kind of blender is that and how much is it??
Hi there! I just got a high speed blender and am looking forward to making green smoothies! Confession: I do not like kale and was wondering what is the mildest so I can try to start off with that and also have seen alot of information about destemming and massaging kale prior to eating it. Do I need to do that for this smoothie, and will that help make kale more palatable for me? Thanks for all of your knowledgeable videos…I just love them!
I love you guys
Thank you for this video! I love your bright positive vibes! I’ve been having a similar green smoothie but just wanted to check did you have maca powder while pregnant? I’ve heard mixed reviews about it
That smoothie looks awesome, which Vitamix Blender are you using?
I’ve been making this for my husband and myself and it is very delicious! When I make this smoothie it makes about 64-72oz. How many oz should be drinking?
Please consider a recipe booklet
OKAY, SO, EVEN BEFORE I CAN SAY I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL – I HAVE GOT TO SAY "I LOVE THAT DOG!!!!!"
Just found a 50 year old mother of three who posted her recipe too, she looks absolutely incredible! Definitely something to this lifestyle it seems! Have a look at her!

How often do you go to the grocery store for fresh greens? Or do they freeze well?
