I love this book!
The names of the Chapters are just cracking me up. How not to die of (A)….How not to die of (B) – that's so cute đŸ™‚ Haha. You have my interest. I shall traverse your materials. Thank you for your good work.
Thank you Doctor, excellent information. Acting upon. Much appreciated.
Reading this book using Toronto Public Library
love the book the best investment ever for everyone
Instructions unclear: dieded
I like this book. I wish Dr Gregor would read or narrate like a normal person. Drives me nuts.
Just purchased!! Love you and your work! Finally someone being as neutral as is possible, not being ruled by a company or government!!
Last year my husband had a scare with prostate cancer – his PSA levels were way up. Every man in his family over age 70 has HAD or has DIED from a very aggressive form of prostate cancer (some diagnosed & died younger than that). We were scared! thankfully the biopsy came back negative but we wanted to do more. Our neighbor shared this book with us. after reading the first chapter I knew I needed my own copy. Last month he had a follow up. His PSA went from 3.89 (last year) to 1.4. THANK YOU DR. G. We have even more incentive to avoid the foods we need to. this works!!
Hi, we all know that practising a vegan diet is good for our health. But I would like to know why are those omnivore still looking healthy and glowing even they consume animal products for so many years ?Hope to hear from you doctor. Thanks with lots of love. <3
I've never seen anything like this before, until…NOW!

Do you have plans to translate the book to other languages? I would love to have the book in Spanish to give it to my parents.

Is the audio version cutted or is it the whole book? I need to read and hear english at the same time to understand it well.
I always feel so sorry for my little brother. He is handicapped and lives in a institution for handicapped people. But in this institution they eat meat every day. I am vegan. And I wonder my selve why. I wouldn't want to live if my brother dies. I am so fucking scared of loosing him by cancer (like many familymembers) or by heart attack (also often in my family). You know, I checkt my blood after I has been lived one year vegan and my cholesterol value was still too high (I am femail and was 25). But I cant stop my mother and the others feeding him this shit. They dont want to inform their selves and they even dont want to accept my Informations. I fell so helpless in this situation because I have no power over enything they deside for my little brother. But he is the sence of my live! I dont want to "never die", if my brother does :'(
(Sorry for my bad english. I am German)
This is a phenomenal book – an easy read and would be extremely helpful to someone new to plant-based eating. I've shared this with my FB group "10 Minute Plant-Based / Vegan Activism" – I think everyone will find both Dr. Greger's book and site very informative and easy to follow!

Hey I noticed you placed scuba diving under "vigorous activities". Just wanted to offer some perspective for anyone wondering; most diving is fairly low intensity, however certain environments such as swimming into currents or diving in low visibility can increase heart rate and exertion. Keeping a healthy weight will also help with air consumption and allow you to enjoy the dive for longer. For warm water tropical diving, which most people are interested in, the physical requirements are moderate. Also a personal aside, discovering the underwater world gives a whole new appreciation of the beauty and fragility of our oceans, a huge reason why I transitioned to veganism:)
I have Arrythmagenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC — I think I got the big words right). I'm low risk, only averaged one cardiac arrest a year and none since I gave up cardiovascular exercise. I'm currently slightly overweight (BMI 26), I don't smoke or drink alcohol, I don't drink coke or sugarry drinks (except homemade smoothies) and only have 1-2 coffees a day in the morning. I'm reading your book, already a vegan and I love it. I'm regaining my fitness with Dharma Yoga. I'm wondering with my condition in mind if you have any alterations you would recommend, or that I speak with my doctor, cardiologist and a dietitian (the UK's most qualified folk to talk to about diet).
will this book be translated into any other lenguage? That would be awesome!
Wanna get this book for my grandparents but it doesn't come out in Swedish until November D:
Bought! Such a great read!
I wouldn't be surprised if he's selling the book at cost. The guy's a saint.
