We create such an environment. Especially in towns.
FMT and carnivore have saved lives — literally saved lives. The US lifestyle is known to be a clandestine gut buster. FMT and carnivore diets have their placd

Where can I sign up to be a donor?
pork rinds heehee
Is it possible to diversify a colons microbiome (antibiotic related species loss) back to a balance stable condition just by nutrition? Or is the transplant of a donor nesceccary?
I like the rabbit analogy, it really makes the info that more understandable especially for us visual folks! Thanks you
Very good explanation and we loved the bunny analogy. Thank you for all your hard work. We’ve been watching your videos for a couple of years now. You have helped us immensely!
I like your videos/site, and book, but this video has misinformation. I've been following the microbiome literature daily for 4+ years and cataloging it into a wiki in the reddit /r/HumanMicrobiome sub. I would encourage you to review the info there prior to making videos on the microbiome and FMT. Temporary effects could be due to poor donor quality, not enough FMTs, or by needing to clear the mucosa prior to FMT to allow the new microbes to dominate/replace the host's. While it's true of course that diet is very important, diet has significant limitations, and forcing a diet on someone who doesn't have the necessary microbes to process it results in harm.
I've been tall slim and healthy all my life. I would jump at the chance to be a donor especially if it paid. I've been donating blood for years.
What about those who improve their health, lower their weight and have improved digestion with a keto diet? They will snack on the occasional pork rind, but eliminate almost all fruits and some vegetables.
So basically, diet affects metabolism through gut flora. That's why the transplant benefits are temporary.
Just subscribed and leaning more and more toward a plant based diet. So glad I found this site.
Don't give your bunnies carrots 😉
I found the best side job! Lol
This would explain why during the years I had a low fiber diet I would gain weight just looking at food. These days I maintain my weight effortlessly after years of being a diligent calorie counter.
In relation to the video what is the best sorce's of fiber to maintain good gut bacteria
Loved the style of this video the best!
I feel sorry for the poor souls who are stuck with the job of stuffing sh*t into little pills for these transplants. Anyone interested in a "How it's Made" video for this? No thanks.
love the new graphics!
