Hey I know it’s very old video but you don’t mention about calcium since this prenatal doesn’t have calcium. Did you take separate supplements for calcium?

Is there a place on kronometer to say your pregnant
Hi, great video and very interesting. Can I ask how much Sublingual B12 should I take in a day or week? My current Sublingual B12 says 10 drops at 2400mcg a day. Seems a bit too much. How much do you guys take?
Any side effects with the prenatal or the b12? And do you still use the garden of life brand
How do you get your tan? It is kind of funny when saying in the video "a lot of us don't get enough sun' when looking like you're having a beautiful sun tan đŸ™‚
Thank you for those informations
I’m on my second vegan pregnancy, I appreciate you spreading awareness!! A well planned vegan diet is totally doable and safe for pregnancy, especially. (And i never craved meat or dairy during my pregnancy ….tons of people asked me that)
Best of luck!
I just found out I’m pregnant and would like know how to transition to whole food plant based. Please help!
I had headaches during the first trimester, later on subsided but would come high and low. Doctor prescribed me "prenatal vitamins" of maternitytea.com. I used them for a month and everything got perfect.
Erin, did you supplement with Collagen? What are your thoughts on taking Collagen during pregnancy? So many mixed reviews but I’ve heard it’s the best for stretch marks. Thoughts?

Hi, very helpful video, I was wondering if anyone knew some trusted brands in the Uk, there are so many and I have no clue of what to go for.
Thanks so much for sharing this! This is my first vegan pregnancy as well and although I've been vegan for about 8 years now, nutrients for pregnancy is a whole different ball game – so thanks for sharing your regime! đŸ™‚ I don't take quite as many supplements as I've found a really awesome vegan prenatal that meets most of my needs, I highly recommend it to anyone vegan & pregnant. It's now the #1 recommended vegan prenatal on amazon by naturelo, super high quality product. Thanks again EatMoveRest!
How much b12 per day? Or how do you dose this?
My b12 says that one full dropper has 20,000% of my daily needs, so I take it once a week. Is this right?
Is their a epa dha supplement without carragennan?
Hello, great video. Thank you for sharing. I have a question for you. I am not pregnant but I have been eating a plant-based diet for the last three months. I feel great and I am hoping that the new changes to my diet will help me to lower my Cholesterol which came extremely high on my last physical Jan. 2019. However, in the last 2 weeks, I noticed some hair loss, that's why I decided to watch this video to see if what I have is due to some type of deficiency. Let me know if you experienced the same when you first change your diet or if you can give me some guidance on what to eat.
