This is a bit disingenuous. Claims that plants have the most antioxidants are pointless when you realize Saturated Fat provides the bedrock for the most potent anti oxidant that we can actually use in the form of Beta-hydroxybutyrate…

Plant sources need to be converted and not all metabolisms can do this. Not to mention plant sources also carry the burden of chronic inflammation in the form of lectins and aldohexose and immediately increase ALT.
What about Shrimp ??
We don't need to worry about how or why? That us idiocy.
Liver be a multivitamin, yo ❤
And breastmilk.
Nothing but meat for me
CARN4LIFE
Wow what a twist, Coke and Snickers will keep you younger and more cancer resistant than “lean chicken breast” and hard boiled eggs.
That is one of the most annoying voices I have ever heard in my life
Why are antioxidants good for you?
nah, bs data, 40 times diff in anti oxidant between cow milk and that, no, hx doesnt matter, worthlx
Well the snickers bar has 2 types of legumes in it, so it kinda has an advantage.
Breast is best
Im native american and the only things I buy at the store are snickers bars ox liver and heart and tongue.
It's so obviously, glaringly simple: eat plants, not flesh.
Low Carb diets are plant based diets .
The huge problem with your comparison is that anyone with a brain will stay away from iceberg lettuce since it's well known for having a low nutritional value.
lol this was hilarious
Yeah! Plant is best, because you can't eat both, that's totally impossible, it's all 100% meat or 100% plants, amirite!?
" vocal fry" I agree totally. Its like, is he being sarcastic or should I be taking notes. (and why does he need subtitles?)
Raw fruits, vegetables, and herbs are excellent sources of glutathione. And vitamin C causes glutathione to rise dramatically in the body. Good look finding an animal source of vitamin C. ALA is found in flax, hemp, chia, squash, leafy greens, and walnuts. The number 1 cause of CoQ10 deficiency is statins from meat and dairy eating- I mean- heart disease.
Too bad phytochemical antioxidants (ie, anything that's not vitamin E or C, ALA, CoQ10, glutathione etc) have never been shown to have any benefits in vivo. In fact, only 5% of them are even absorbed and even then they're fast-tracked to the liver for excretion (and treated as a contaminant). They only benefit of these are probably from their hormetic effect. Not to mention the three most powerful antioxidants in vivo are glutathione, ALA, and CoQ10, all from animal foods. Biologiy=/=in vitro
Love the suspense at the end… Almost could have used a drum roll for the best animal based source of antioxidant – Well done!
