Wow shes really cute. All that d really took a toll on her
she was beautiful even back then
Wow! this is what she actually looked like before her surgical new face. Damn. Don’t even recognize her. Turned out to be not credible with all the lies coming out.
I have severe depression it's been really hard in the past two weeks
I always assumed this was a fad diet that would only be of use to rare people with specific allergic reactions to vegetables and so on. Having tried every other diet I could think of, I gave up Dairy and suddenly was able to think clearly and use self-control with food. I no longer felt an anxious, gnawing hunger after a few hours without food. Instead, it became a dull reminder to eat. I wondered what else would happen if I took this further and so I went Ketovore. It's pretty much Carnivore but with spices, herbs and up to 25g Carbs allowed. The change in unbelievable. 32 years of Depression and Anxiety gone. Weight going down to healthy levels. Exercise without joint or muscle pain possible for hours every day at 46 years old. Even my previous reluctance to socialise has gone. I'm more optimistic and suddenly see opportunities everywhere. Life has gone from "waiting to grow old and…" to "today is genuinely the best day because it's happening right now!"
I'm over a year on the Carnivore diet mostly eating beef , butter , some fish and eggs . It affects our metabolic health in a way that no medicines can even dream about .Everthing in this video is exactly correct .
Diet and depression
wonder when she gets her heart stroke – would she declare her mistake?

She’s seriously not allergic to hairdye??????? This is VERY triggering to allergy sufferers
I already commented under another of Scotts videos called "diet + depression" but know stumbling over another one where Mikhaila's carnivore diet is blatantly praised as some life saving wonder weapon to a large audience in the title I couldn't resist the urge to copy my other comments and leave them here as well (maybe a bit edited). (Please don't let the length of the following text put you off of reading it)
As I am a person myself who fights and lives with treatment resistant depression since adolescence and thus deeply understand the level of suffering, desperation and longing for some easy and fast treatment I couldn't leave this talk unrectified.
[My first comment before I've watched the interview]
"Uff, I saw her name [in the title of the other video] and right of the bat hoped that she's not promoting her "lion diet" to people that are desperately looking for help and are susceptible for her promises of salvation.
With what I know and have seen from her over the past years I personally find it concerning and questionable to give her a plattform.
[Not for sharing her personal story per se but for presenting her meat-only diet as a save and proven method that cured all her ailments but most importantly her depression.]
I will check this episode out nonetheless to find out if there are any critical claims that need to be pointed out but I already want to put out a warning in advance to everyone who may find themselves in a very desperate and thus unstable and easy impressionable position:
If she brings her story, "lion"-all-meat-diet and her online programs for that onto the taple be vigilant and aware that what she promotes is most likely a scam and her occasionally even dangerous claims about diet and nutrition have been often enough debunked by people really coming from the field of medicine, science and nutrition.
As far as I know she has no professional qualification or credentials to give any competent advices other than her own experiences (which lead her to some absurd conclusions) and a prominent father in the background.
I would rather encourage everyone who is looking for help in this field checking out "the physicians committee for responsibile medicine" which comprises of many reputable people of different disciplines and deliver much information about diet, health and nutrition and even some free programs to help you change.
Diet and Nutrition is sooo important for your mental health. If your body becomes sicker and sicker of what you put into it day by day because most of us don't know better it's no wonder your mental health declines over time as well and may even prevent improvement.
So please go out and look for reputable sources that back their stuff up with real scientific literature and studies. And please don't be scared of when you read or hear terms like "plant-based" or else – there are many good and widely approved reasons for focusing on plants and eliminate animal products step-by-step from your plate. [Literally filling yourself up with nothing but dead body parts will obviously do no good for your mental (and bodily) condition in the long run.]
I can only encourage you looking into it with an open mind.
People like Mikhaila (and many others in that "carnivore" scene) often rely on their own cases or other flawed anecdotes to show some alleged positive results that may sound compelling and relatable in the first place but behind the scenes are only or most likely short-term, absolutely unsustainable or flat out lies and often come with other significant health risks regarding cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and even cancer.
That's the game people like her know to play with vulnerable people, that are desperately seeking for help, catching them into to their programms, than squeeze the money out of them and deliver nothing of worth or even worse give you tips to take on a diet that will make you even sicker as time goes by.
So please don't get fooled by that! That's a rabbit hole you really don't want to fall into and become trapped.
To everyone who reads this please take really good care of your mind and body and protect yourself against those who disguise themselves as some kind of redeemer only to take advantage of your vulnerability.
There are so many reputable resources like the PCRM mentioned above or – as some other examples – their "exam room live" podcast/videos and Dr. Gregers platform "nutritionfacts .org" that gives out much information and tips and develops as new relevant insights in science or medicine emerge.
You all deserve to have a healthy body and a happy life and the best informations and support to get you there.
Stay strong, never give up, be patient with yourself and remember that every day, every moment is a chance to restart and change for the better."
[My reaction after putting myself through the interview]
"Okay, I watched the video now and it's – as I feared – in the end a kind of promotion video for the meat-only diet. Maybe it's subtle but Mikhaila telling everyone how she miraculously cured nearly all off her diseases just with beef will of course convince especially desperate people to try this diet out for themselves most likely without looking further into this because they just want to believe in this beautiful and charming woman that's reaching out to them with an alleged solution for all their problems.
This is bad. Really, really bad and dangerous! And your (Scott's) hyped reaction – as if you both found the secret holy grail noone ever talks about – intensifies the impression that this might be a good idea to try out.
And to make this clear again: Mikhaila has absolutely nothing to back her claims except her own experiences and some anecdotal stories from other people.
That's not scientific or in any other way serious and reliable information and thus shouldn't be used as a base for substantial decisions concerning your diet, nutrition and overall health.
The implications can be fatal so please – and this goes to Scott personally – don't push this any further if you really care for the mental health of people!
Maybe you should take a look for yourself into the PCRM or other reputable sources and if you're further into interviewing people I would really appreciate to see (e.g. one of their) doctors or other people with undisputed expertise and credentials in the fields of nutrition and/or mental health talking with you about the complex connections that diet and mental health have.
There are definitely many facts and details to discuss that can be scientifically backed up and give people more insides into this important topic."
I have depression and PTSD from combat deployments and the extreme grief coming home to the States that had drastically changed. Best of luck to any of you who are suffering.
I wonder if Mikhaila has tried raw dairy. It's not as inflammatory inducing as pasteurized dairy
It's sugar in those plants and that's bad
If I eat gluten free products they mess me up.
I feel the best eating dairy, especially yoghurt.
Crazy man.
My goodness, I thought this was her brother. He looks like Jordan.
She is really attractive.
This is pure nonsense! The number one correlation between clinical depression and diet is GENERAL LOSS OF APPETITE! Also, depressed people generally have an increased appetite for carbohydrates and there is a reason for that: carbohydrates reduce the levels of stress hormones in the body and they are the single most important source of energy for brain cells! Meat is not a good source of carbohydrates, so I doubt that this carnivore diet can have any benefits for people with depression.
WOW!! Very interesting!
Zoloft was the most commonly prescribed antidepressant in the USA in 2018 with over 38 million prescriptions.
I love her dad, she always looks sad, annoyed or condescending. That could be her ongoing depression though.
