Baby-led weaning video?
I would check out more recent videos of her child. She's 22 months old doesn't stand, walk, talk, I havent seen her even crawl and it's seems the toddler is eating pretty much fruit and some vegetables. I don't think the baby is OK. I'm not sure if it's nutritional or something else. But many are concerned for the toddler
I am not vegan but this baby eats really good and healthy
This is abused. She is using her baby to gain likes and comentes. ( most negative comments) it’s a shame for veganism this content she gain a little weight to get pregnant, nos she is bank in anorexia and taking the baby to this madness. The girl it’s 15 months and not walking or even crawling. She was breastfeeding from a mom with anorexia. So probably a milk with not all the baby needs
2:00 i don't actually mean this too seriously, it doesn't say anything about veganism …
if they are breastfed, do babies technically count as vegan? Does it depend on if their parent/wet nurse is vegan?
Does the distinction have to do with consent? Or does it just have to wait until weaning is done?
Humans are animals, we are animals, but also we are humans, so it could go both ways.
Does it depend if the human is being exploited? Etc
90% of the worlds soy is GMO – I would give anyone any soy or tofu
love this background in this video
RD here, i agree that baby needs iodide but they should only have 1g salt a day which is hard to do so better to get a milk which is iodide fortified like the asda soy milk or have a multi
I can see where she got the sun ripened Vitamin D thing, because of mushrooms. Doesn’t make it right! But I understand the logic
She must have a really high food bill
What about iron
I heard mushrooms absorb vit d if left out
isn't this a large amount of food for such a small child? I learned that babies only eat around 10 tb / meal with only a small portion of solid food. Or am I totally wrong? I have never raised a child
i remember my STRONG aversion to whole beans, seeds and nuts when i was a child, though i now eat lots of them. i'm planning on maybe being a foster parent, so seeing ways to easily incorporate that kind of nutrition for a child is always nice!
i want to eat more like this baby does, everything looks delicious xD
Yes! Video on baby led weaning (also have 3 kids and 3rd will start baby led weaning soon, but as a "believer", would love to hear your evidence and analysis)/
What I’m worried about is when the child is older and they are not allowed to eat those food that the other kids are eating, and they feel restricted / bad for one thing those other foods because we know that those are reasons that many kids develop eating disorders
The oxylate issue is solved by just switching greens to maintain a variety. Not just do high oxylate greens, such as spinach.
Having followed you for years I’ve been aware of the importance of iodine. I use iodised salt and take a multi daily (with 50% of DRI). However, I recently got diagnosed with hypothyroidism due to an iodine deficiency. It’s probably due to a slight but consistent underconsumption of iodine over my 8 years as a vegan in combination with the fact that I’ve been consuming my multi and salt with various iodine blockers (coffee probably being the main culprit) and thereby not absorbing enough. Would be cool with a detailed video about this, for people who are still unaware
Can you call a baby vegan if theyre consuming mother's milk(aka an animal product)
I know theres no cruelty there, just saying, technically not vegan
I can't eat a lot of tofu/soy as it flares my eczema. My diet is heavily based on potatoes, beans, whole grains, veggies/greens, some fruit, and some naughty(vegan junk food) things here and there. I wonder if edemame would have the same effect or if it being less processed would make the difference?
There r no studies bout aldults now, grown up vegan, so u won’t know if it’s really not a problem for their later lives.. n after all breastmilk is not vegan… ( n I’m sure this is savin vegan children often)… when a mum was raised vegan too, is her breastmilk as good as a meat eating mum s is? What about the mums in the second or third generation of vegans… ?u don’t know n nobody knows… so I m sorry, but u can’t be sure about that n I would really say, that a baby nor a child is not the right person to make experiments on…
The dates in everything is just so eww. Why does everything need to be so sweet?
I'd like to see a bit more grains vs the simple sugars in all that fruit.
I LOVE it when someone is doing a good job and other ppl support them and back them up ❤
So you're autistic
Why can’t she feed the baby overnight oats and beans
OMG……I am so relieved….for the OATS……they just have gotten the Unnatural-Vegan-Approval.
So they can continue to exist on this planet. That is so good to know.
