biggest fear: I'm 20 years old and literally almost everyone at my age drinks… it's socially accepted and you're the weird one if you're not drinking.
Once you start going to the pub and drinking raspberry Cordials and doing that regularly you'll soon learn to not drink beers or spirits when socialising.
Sure could have done without seeing Trumps face. He may not drink but he’s a monster; despicable human being.

Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

I never thought I'd break the cycle, drinking everyday and getting black out drunk daily. But now coming up on 3 years sober (November 1, 2021 last drink) I feel incredible and never want to go back to that life.

What do you believe are some reasons that you drink? (To "numb"/suppress/forget, like to party, lonely/ bored, sad, hopeless, anxiety…) For me, it's boredom. Loneliness and boredom can really do a number on you.

I thank for this video. I was drinking binge but not everyday. I was thinking i could control this but the bad thing happened as i was put in the police and get problems with the justice now having a big fine. From that moment i decided to stop and go back to therapy. This is hard as i do not have any support close by. No real friends supporting my sobriety. I just make this journey on my own. Did somebody experience this? It is tough from my side as also waiting for the judgment and wondering as well when i will drive back and also feared to keep sober as they will check during this time. Appetite gone. Losing weight. But as you told i am ready for the journey.
Fantastic formula and helps to d sufferer
My 6 day runs today. My stomach legs back are in pain. I can't eat food nicely till date. I hope I will recover. Pray for me.
12 days sober after about 30 years of steady but not crazy drinking. I just feel empty and sad that I can't do the one thing that made me happy.
I've no friends, no desire for friends, I'm retired so I sit at home and look at the walls, feel like I'm in a cell and it was beer that opened the door to the outside.

4 days sober. Everything you explained in this video has gone through in my life. I lost my wife and my children because of it and now I’m alone. It’s my fault. I take 100% responsibility. Determined to change.
