What about the skin of regular potatoes?
What about raw? With PB. It’s great.
Microwave
I often cut thin slices & cook them in a toaster then make toasted sandwich. Very quick no mess
Boiling for how long ? 4 minutes or less ?
It's still weird to see orange sweet potatoes. I'm so used to the white ones with the purple skin.
Lot of crap
I microwave mine. Pierce with a fork. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, turn them over and microwave on high 4 more minutes. Done & delicious!
I thought this video was on cooking. Wow. Dude. Really?
The thing with boiling is the sweet potato loses most of its sweetness and it becomes too soft if you're not careful with the timing. Considering that I'm eating lots of them (like 500gr/day), I think I will continue with steaming.
Boiling and steaming is also way faster than baking, for all the lazy and impatient people
Bro i only wanted to see a recipe. Goddamn
So… eat it raw would be better than all these alternatives?
I microwave my purple yams in 3.5 minutes. Some evoo, nutritional yeast and pink salt…the best thing you ever ate in your entire life.
Great video
What about Air Frying?
This man and his staff are a blessing to humanity.
Clickbait
Well I’m black so no yellow nose for me
What the click bait was this !!
I have been eating them all winter and spring and noticed I got a lot more tanned that usual when out in the sun this summer, without even sunbathing at all, could that have anything to do with it? Like, favouring the pigmentation or something?
What about micro waving…
Boring narrator. Can’t watch.
