I was going ro a regular gym and i was paying 37pounds per mouth for like 7 months , mumu mi think i was losing weight, na so i went to Nigeria and everyone was saying ah you are now fat o
I had to register at ifitness and get a coach for myself the guy helped me to carry weight and i see a lot of change in me
Now am back to the uk, i had to go do 120 pounds per month gym with a trainer
Until am really well rooted and know what am doing, i wont stop even though even though the money is not reallu convenient
But my health is importanter
The best weight loss,is fasting.
