I am 64, and am RH O negative
I’m 0 positive and I can’t stand meat. I don’t believe in animal protein at all. How even dairy is good for human consumption? It’s not.
No veal.
9:15 min and they FINALLY start talking about Type O. NINE FSCKIN' MINUTES!
By 70… my wife has had shingles 5 times sine her mid-30s (mid-40s now)… and I picked it up once.
Cannot remember the last time I was sick with anything . 58 yrs but I’ve had 2 strokes 1 year after one another . ❤
And I am RH O negative also. Absolutely I was just in the hospital last month and my skin is horrible and the doctor said it was from chemical irritants that are affecting me like an allergic reaction and I went into the hospital and my white blood cells were almost none . And both types of blood cells were mentioned on my health record I find this intriguing actually although I'm not happy with what is going on with my leg s It is nothing but blood coming out of of these blisters that form and don'tbody can get me answers and I'm losing my blood. which is very precious as we know blood that can be given to someone else who needs this. And it's just falling down into the Earth. The only thing is I didn't have a virus This is done by chemicals in the air the pollutants that are all over from people smoking drugs smoking chemicals of course it is probably a lot more to it and I'm not a doctor but I know what physically happens to me when certain things are applied towards me
This video showed up on my feed and it peaked my interest right away because, of course, I am a Type O- negative specifically. Some of what you said I actually said out loud before you actually said it lol like the exercise component. I was always a very competitive athlete, even as a small kid, and played softball, soccer and volleyball right up to and into my early 40s- unfortunately, at that time all the sports injuries I had incurred over my life seem to catch up to me and my body started falling apart. First it was my shoulder, then tada both knees needed replacement and I was only 50. I have suffered from pretty painful arthritis in my spine, ankles and fingers. Also started having issues with my intestines only to find out that I now have UC. (I heard you- I'm suseptible to inflammation).
I'm 61 and want to know what are a couple of absolutes I can add to my diet to feel better as an Oneg?
O+ 59 yo eleven years post menopause. I eat animal based diet and have no health issues. I never had hot flashes or any other menopause symptoms.
Iam o neg to i eat what i like never sick iam 66
What about grass-fed butter and raw whole milk?
I’m from Southeastern Kentucky. Yesterday my brother said the squirrels are in the oaks and they usually don’t do that until late October. He said we’d better be getting ready for winter early this year. When animals habits and routines change, take notice.
I’m type O , and I rarely get tired, hardly ever get sick or illnesses. I do have diabetes but have it under control. The last time I had any problem was a kidney infection 7 yrs ago it was untreated for a week and when I finally went to the dr. I had a 108 degree temperature and drove myself to the dr. Also my normal body temperature is 97 degrees a degree and half below normal.
On ne parle jamais du groupe sanguin O-
Je suis O- , je lange un seul repas oar jour , et je ne suis jamais malade .

I am O – and have the rh factor. I am 54 years old and I have Multple Sclerosis .
Would be a lot better if they didn’t interrupt each other. Turned if off within the first minute.
So is a Vacc not just the virus weakend so your bosy cant build a resistance? There for the blood test would false display as you had the virus not just the Vacc?
I'm O+, and so far have evaded COVID and many other diseases. I'm lactose intolerant, and also have trouble with some fruits and vegetables. This was very interesting.
I am O+ and I do need exercise, the food recommended I am alergic to a lot of them, so I eat foods they don't recommend and they don't make me fat, I am a person that can loose and gain, I wish I could eat bread but I am allergic to bread, dairy causes to much mucus, that is one reason I am so thinner than I would like to be, I eat rice, popcorn and corn everything and it does not cause weight gain, infact I am at the perfect weight for my height.
Is the lady missing a skirt?
I am O – negative and i have never got sick.
Put your hands in your lap and hold still please

get to the point
Im.O- and have to positively eat glutin free and nearly all grain free. Lagumes are ok as long as I dont ear them too often. NO DAIRY OR CHOCOLATE. Im 79 and thin and going strong.
My worse issue is c-ptsd from long term phyvo-narcisistic abuse.
My immune system is great. No illness. I eat beef every day….
I’m O pos and have had shingles twice 12 years apart I cured myself both times with 1/2 cup of coloidial silver, gone in one day, both times. I have barely been sick in my life except when I was young I had tonsillitis usually every two weeks. Big pussy tonsils. Not again after tonsils were removed at 11. I’ve wondered if coloidial silver would have healed me.
I'm O and vegetables help me maintain my weight and have good skin and nails. Natural or organic products regularize my hormones but dairy and poultry causes stomach and skin issues not to mention digestive problems. I can stay days without eating or doing activities n still be energetic. I mean my muscle recovery is like high up there and even without exercise my metabolism is good just by being exposed to the sun especially and drinking water. I don't eat meat but I do eat only fish with scales.
My family was same mom a A, dad a AB and I’m a O, so I’m 80 and was scared why but genetic test said I as their kid. Lol. Bananas make my mouth break out, don’t like much dairy.
I don’t believe in death
For myself
So far, so good
Anyone living beyond 70 should be grateful for the blessing of reflection.
If you've not discovered that by then well….
Albeit I have long B4 then. Perhaps there's hope yet.
IDK! But I yet hope.
I'm type O+. I can fast for long periods of time. However, I'd rather sit on the couch and engage online than run a few miles. I'm older now, but even when I was young, I could exercise for long periods but I still would rather sit and talk, read, or watch a good film. What's wrong with me?
I'm 61 O+ I drink sweet coffee with cream, drink 6 beers almost every day. I must be close to a stroke.
Is this gobbledygook or actually medical science?
I am O. 8 years vegan, healthy eater and exerciser and have never gained additional weight.
The vegan diet is good for every animal who suffers the torture of the non-human animal "agriculture" industry. I wished I'd been vegan all of my life
Im O+ can eat anything i want but lamb and stewed okra
Im going to quit watching this because that woman massaging her fingers and hands is ver irritating and distracting. Too bad.The man has a very soothing voice and is interesting.
I am 76 years old and O-…I definitely can't have any dairy with milk, only skim milk products. I love any kind of cheeses and they're my worst enemy unless it has skim milk or vegan cheeses. My husband & I eat mostly chicken and fish(wild caught salmon) and eat alot of veggies and salads & fruits. I tend to have high blood pressure and got off medication years ago and do beet juicing & eat lots of pistachio nuts that help to keep my pressure where it should be. Also, stay away from salt as much as possible. This video was very interesting. Exercise is very important for sure!!
