I've known this fruit since my youth. However, I do hope that my fellow Africans can cultivate more of the butter fruits due to the higher protein content. I do hope you can do a YouTube video on the butter fruit. Yesterday I walked into a Morrisons Super Store in North London and saw a Guarva juice for the first time. I'll go back there and get more. I suspect that the Star Fruit would be great if used as Jam.

    Nice video.
It's in the compound of my hometown and I stayed back home and monitored it from December till now, April.
Turns out this late April is when it just falls on its own. Throughout March, I used stones and sticks to bring it down and it was a tussle from myself and others who rush to pick them up. But here we are in April and it has fallen so much that we're all tired of picking or even licking them. I lick an average of 25 a day nowadays, tbh.
It's sweeter now unlike in March when it was slappy and embarrassingly sticky to the lips and fingers.
I discovered that the ones with a dark patchy mark on them tend to be sweeter. OMG!
Thanks for the video. I had to check it out.

Am actually having some in front of me that I want to make into juice. I just finished the previous one I made and I cant wait to prepare more. I wanted to know if I can blend the seeds together with the flesh because it takes time separating the seed . Cheers
