I throw up at least once a day and eat once a day. It’s gotten so bad that now my only current solution is to throw up to feel better. For example if I’m going to class I know to get it over with because it brings relief. If I don’t do it then I will either on the way or in class. I have tried this method and lay there for hours and end up just playing a video to sleep. ( I’m not sure if this has to do with throwing up constantly but now my body feels weak, my chest feels heavy after leaving stressful places and have even started being lightly dizzy for hours on end, then there’s a feeling where my stomach feels like it’s pulling I don’t know how to explain that one and lastly just yesterday ive started problems with my breathing like it’s hard to get a good breath). but if there are any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate them! Drinking Cold water, wearing Sea band bracelets, pepto bismal, ppis, not eating beef, also anxiety meds have helped with nausea.
I shower with hot water it helps me to relax
The only thing that has been helping me so far is flower but I don’t want to use anymore I need help asap :/ !!

I never thought about anxiety could cause my morning sickness but I believe it does. If I ge 0:06 t upset I usually keep it to myself. But then I get very sick in mornings. I'm 84 and lots of family problems.

Anxiety and nausea at 4am…. every morning…. without fail….. day after day….. I hate it. I've tried all the SSRI's, SNRI's, Propranolol and hypnotics but no joy. But what I found helped me was medical cannabis (prescribed by a doctor) – when anxious I take 2-3 puffs of cannabis and I can feel the anxiety drain away, leaving a sense of control and happiness. I feel for everyone who has this condition…. stay strong
Deep breathing . Telling myself I am okay . That I truly am okay . Listen to sleep mediation that has music and a guided hypnosis type mediation. Worked a miracle. I no longer take ambien to sleep
I have Motion sickness and i feel scared of even little things which happens to my body like bloating, gas, headaches i get scared and panic i start sweating shaking and asking my parents if i am going to be fine or something worse will happen so they are like you are fine just relax change your mind and when wake up in morning i feel nauseous and specially when i meet the person i love i began to feel nauseous and feel headache so sometimes and for motion sickness and headaches i eat raw ginger piece it sometimes helps me a lot
I'm using olanzapin, but the side effects are so much boring like sleep and memories etc..
sir, i know you posted this years ago, but i think it saved my life. i thought no one understood, i felt alone yet you explained it so perfectly. I have been to 8 specialists to try and figure out what was wrong with my throat, which led me to become suicidal. Just recently i found out it can only be anxiety so i thank you for taking the time to help others like me who cant find relatable sources elsewhere!!

Until reading these comments I thought I had some strange illness doctors couldn’t understand, but I realize after reading all these I’m not the only one and it’s anxiety, just felt like docs we’re misunderstanding what it felt like, but I guess I just didn’t understand how bad anxiety was.
I had a day yesterday where I straight up couldn’t eat anything. I got a few bites into lunch and had the worst nausea I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had this issue for over a month now but it’s never been this bad. I need to do something, I don’t want to continue to suffer

I get randomly nauseous throughout the day (probably bc I'm a teen and I get anxious all the time) and it's hard for me to do regular day things like go to school, ride the car, or even eat and drink. I've had this since I was about 9 or 10 years old and it's be getting worse everyday and I don't really know what to do abt it
I had this problem going on and off for years it really does effect you in the morning i wake up and instantly feel sick to the point im shaking i do try to rock myself back and forth to help but sittng in a hot tub or even a worm shower can help i take 3 showers a day to help fight the problem
my job is to work outside and manage customers tours. without me checking them in, they cannot start their tour that they paid a lot of money for here in rome, therefore i feel a lot of pressure (since im sent alone to the various meeting points). well rome during summer is about 40/45 degrees hot, very humid and there’s no air it’s just like an outdoor oven. i don’t do well with heat bc i start sweating a lot. sweating makes me scared that im gonna faint, my sight becomes blurry and i have speech impediment. i feel nauseous, i start to be anxious because what if i have to throw up? what if i faint? who’s gonna check ppl in? my boss will fire me if those people ask for the refund since no one could check them in. if my boss fires me i won’t have money anymore and i’ll feel hopeless. so i become anxious and more nauseous. today was terrible, the nausea and anxiety did not leave me even when i reached home. it’s currently 9:30pm, been home for 5 hours and i’ve only felt worse. idk what to do anymore and wonder what’s wrong with me and why do i have these thoughts..

the thing is, ive been scared of throwing up and being sick my whole life so nausea is quite bad for me cause its makes me very anxious and scared and just now watching this video i realised that i was sometimes anxious about getting sick so i started feeling more sick and nauseous every day but never throw up and its cause im so scared of being sick that i constantly feel sick so im trying to make myself get peace by focusing on the fact that so many others experience emetophobia and so many other people hate throwing up as much as i do so i hope ill get better soon
Grounding, journaling, deep breathing or somatic exercises have helped. I sometimes get anxious and that results in nausea and other gut issues.

I hope someone has some useful advice for me, I'm having nausea after every time I eat, even while eating or before eating sometimes I always feel the need to vomit, especially in the morning or before stressful things the only thing that relieves it is ginger or liquorice I've been like this for months I don't know how to solve the problem, thanks in advance
Panic attack nausea made me develop debilitating emetophobia and I don't know how to get rid of this phobia because nobody likes vomiting, nobody wants to vomit, so what positive thing can I link to vomiting? There's nothing positive about vomiting. And no, "You feel so much better afterwards," doesn't help a person with emetophobia. Neither does, "It's a very important body function that can save your life because it gets rid of whatever's making you sick."
what has helped me with nausea is fidgeting, sipping on gatorade, nibbling on salted crackers or P3 snacks, listening to podcasts at night and in the mornings or any time that i need it. when it gets really bad i take a medicine called zofran and i fall asleep. i also always carry a safety kit in my backpack just in case an anxiety attack comes out of nowhere when im out and about.
I'm going to start doing this today. I hope it will help, I believe it will.
For some reason, I only have anxiety when I eat in social settings. I'm fine with my family, but when it's with friends/co-workers I feel very nauseous and sometimes vomit before eating

Worse thing ever. I cant eat and ive lost 5 stones in 9mths. I want to throw up but i dont. I find smelling something menthol helps or eating raw ginger. I didnt realise how many people have this
