Excellent advise. I have to change the breakfast for sure.
Take away every thing in the world that she loves , strip her of all hope of getting that love back again , let her visit her deceased children on a mortuary slab , and gimmee a call in 2 years what she looks like
How can I change my kids breakfast. They eat gluten free cereals but sweet:(
What many don't recognise is that when you "eat" smoothies you end up eating much much more. So when you do a smoothie of let's say one banana, one apple and one kiwi (you ate three fruits), and if you ate them whole you would probably be full after one.
And "chewing" is a very important part of the digestion….
Interesting topic today…GREAT HACKS! I do love eating cantaloupe & fresh organic strawberries & melons in summer/fall and yes, I’ve probably been eating too many!!
Wait, what…Grundy says drink olive oil, and Goddes says drink vinegar, is the food group?
❤prophet of muslims Mohammad told this 14 hundred years ago to talk a walk after meal PBUH
What kind of vinegar?
Navel oranges were not “invented” in California.
They come from a mutation discovered in a monastery garden in Bahia, Brazil during the 1820, and propagated through cuttings and grafting.
Navel oranges were later introduced to the USA in the 1870s by a botanist working for USDA who sent cuttings to Riverside, California for propagation by Eliza Tibbets, a pioneering citrus grower there.
Your body cannot tell the difference between sugar and candy and fruits. Point of the statement? Don’t eat fruits eat candy.
Thanks
I couldn't make it out
What does she say after Savory breakfast and vinegar
Her ability to communicate that is understandable, motivational is amazing, I am not impressed by the interviewer.
What about Stevia? Is it safe to eat??
she should really allow dr gundry allow to speak without interruption
Listen to two intelligent, articulate people making sense of issues that have become problematic due to modern processing and
psychosocial error concepts. We need help with this stuff. We actually do (even the ultra educated among us)… thank you
