Yeah that's why all the fish eating coastal communities are so unhealthy and live such short lives….. Oh wait.
Also, he completely misses that sardines, salmon, shellfish, etc have almost NO Mercury. There is a huge difference between eating yellowfin tuna and salmon since wild caught salmon has almost no Mercury. Or even light tuna which is much lower.

Do those acronyms for pollutants in fished vs wild salmon include mercury? What's the difference between wild and farmed? Where would farm raised even get mercury from?

… And stay away from vaccines – mercury in baby vaccines and aluminum is still in flu vaccines. The unvaccinated children are significantly healthier ie no ear infections; excema, asthma and immune conditions are more rare.
Why only before pregnancy? Aren't these substances toxic to everyone? And the mercury in the Brian thing has nothing to do with pregnancy. I think this video needs a new title.

Ironically my endocrinologist is suggesting that I eat fish and chicken, and eat foods in the most simplest of forms was her suggestion…. so who do you believe. That's why people get so damn confused.

Dr. Greger, I have a question. So clearly all fish from the oceans and from farms are highly toxic to consume. What about fish found in lakes in Canada? Here is legal to fish and there are a lot of lakes that are really far from all those contaminants that sadly reach the oceans.

The problem with this one is it treats all fish as having equal amounts of mercury, after starting with Tuna, which is at the top of the chain (and the most polluted).
